"Daisuke, you dont really need another one. If I hadn't been keeping it up and together, you would have hurt someone by the force you exerted on that pencil," Zeruel said. With a wave of his hand, Zeruel released the pencil. It in turn fell on the desk in a pile of splinters. "I do believe your catching on to the Telekinesis ability fairly well, Daisuke. Go now and practice for tomorrow's class. If you are able to walk into this class tomorrow with the ability to move the pencil around on a desk, you will most definately be ready for the next lesson: Breaking the pencil and also lifting the pencil," Zeruel said, dismissing the class.
"Also, Legion, in response to your question, yes, it is a form of manipulation of the objects energy, but you are using your energy to do so, not the objects. I might be able to cover using the objects energy in a later class if you would like, but for now, try to use your energy." Zeruel said, looking to the vampire at the far side of the room.
"If you still have questions, please, ask before you leave and I will try to answer them." Zeruel said, sitting on the edge of his desk.

Taking the advise, Vemna focused hard on the pencil. Rolling it over once or twice with his had to feel the motion, then imagined a sloping surface and before he realized what happened, the pencil rolled so fast it shot of the desk and flew out the window. "Um... did anyone see what happened to my pencil? i blinked and it was gone..."

'Very impressive,' Zeruel thought to himself as he saw Vemna's pencil shoot through the window. 'I might have to get more advanced for him.'
Zeruel walked to the window and looked out. He traced the pencil and found it lodged between two books on the other side of the Library.
(Odd that a window appeared randomly in a dungeon, but oh well... smile it happens.)

AIko stared at the pencil silently with annoyance, it had yet to twitch. He imagined a hill but had no luck. With a sigh of exasperation he sat back and stretched

Looking at Vemna, Zeruel gave a smile. "Here you go," he said sending a pencil to Vemna's desk. It stood upright, as Daisuke's had. "Can you make it lay flat on the desk, Vemna?"
While leaving part of his attention to the pencil, Zeruel looked over at Aiko, now stretched out at his desk. "Having troubles, Aiko?"

Aiko smiled. "Yes." he said. He had many sheilds up to protect his mind, he was sure he could move the pencil if not for his fear of droppin them even a little bit.

"Hmm... Seems that you are doing something similar to what Daisuke was doing by infusing energy into the pencil, instead of pushing the pencil. But then again, I may not have said to try that, because if a force is already holding something, you have to exert an external force to move it, rather than just move it with energy inside of the object," Zeruel said.
"And Aiko, what are you having trouble with? Are you not able to gather energy to move the pencil, or is it something else?"

I have the energy part down." he said, he had to use energy for magic everyday.

He said as he tried to 'push' the base of the pencil with energy

"Psi energy is similar to what you would use for magical energy, except you have to use only your mind, instead of words and hand gestures, I my limited knowledge of magic is correct. Psi energy can be molded around any object like this," Zeruel said, making the pencil suddenly glow with a blue light, obscuring the pencil a bit.
"This blue light you see is a visual representation of the psi energy I am putting around the pencil to keep it up. If I were to remove the bottom of the energy, and not force the rest of the energy to keep the pencil in the air, it would fall down," Zeruel said, making some of the blue light at the bottom of the pencil disappear. The pencil then fell to the desk, but remained standing, as part of the pencil was still in the tube of blue light.
"If you can gather the Psi energy around where you want to interact with an object, you can then mold it around said object and move it. With the pencil as it is, Vemna, try to push the lower part of the pencil. You should find that it is much easier to make the pencil move now that it is out of my influence of Psi energy," Zeruel stated.
"And Aiko, what problems are you having with this? If you can do the energy part of this, then you should have no trouble moving the pencil." Zeruel said, turning to look at Aiko.

Aiko scratched his head and sighed. "I have, problems. I have a strong empathic power I cannot control. My sheilds hold it in place, without them, well I'm not exactly sane."

"Ah. Empathy. That can make a person go insane quite fast if not held in check," Zeruel said to Aiko. "How much do you trust me right now, Aiko? Do you trust me enough to believe I can keep a shield around your mind so you don't have to divert any energy or concentration to it?"
