Day 1 - 1:52 A.M. Viridian City Noodle Shop
"Augh...I can't eat another bite..." Red moaned. Paying for the meals and leaving the tip, he and Charmander moseyed out into the street.
"Time to leave for the Forest." Red smiled, looking at his partner. "You ready?"
"Char!"
"Then, let's go!" They turned north for new adventures.

As Alisha wandered in to the large city, the first thing she saw was the Pokemon Center. She had learned from a lot of training books, that she had back in Cinnabar Island, that when you see a Pokemon Center, you should heal your pokemon there. She also read, that a large family of women each called "Nurse Joy" (and they were also all identical) ran each Pokemon Center. One Nurse Joy at each. She stepped in side the sliding doors into the wide, relaxing building. It was only one floor, but had places where they took care of badly injured or sick pokemon, and places where travelers could sleep. Alisha walked up to the counter where Nurse Joy was standing.
"I would like to heal my pokemon," Alisha said, handing her pokeballs to Nurse Joy.
"Okay," Nurse Joy said with a cheery smile. She turned around and went into a room behind the counter, and Alisha could see that she put the pokeballs on a machine that healed them. Nurse Joy handed her her pokeballs that contained her Pidgey and Chinchou back.
"Thank you," Alisha said happily.
"No problem," Nurse Joy said as Alisha made her way out of the building. After stopping at the local food store for some more food for her journey, she sat down on a bench. Chinchou jumped out of its pokeball and sat next to her.
"Chin-chin, chou," it said, proud that it could get out of its pokeball by itself. Alisha giggled, but she knew that if the whole Chinchou-getting-out-of-its-pokeball thing became a problem, then she would have to make Chinchou stop, but for right now, it was fine. Chinchou jumped up onto her lap. Alisha was surprised that she had grown a bond with her pokemon so fast. Then, realizing that the PokeMart was over there, she decided to go ther and get some stuff and maybe she'd see Alec, the guy who had given her the free potion on Route 1, there. She pushed open the clear, glass doors in to the chilly, small sized store. She went straight to the shelves at the side of the store that held various amounts of pokemon supplies. She took two potions and two antidotes to the counter. She set them in front of the cashier and ug through her bag for her money.
"Hi," a familiar voice said. Alisha looked up to see Alec behind the counter scanning her items.
"Hi," she said, surprised. She blushed, and turned her head to avoid him seeing her. She didn't like-like him, she was just shy and didn't know what to say. Right behind her, a boy, no older than eight or nine, stood there looking at her. He was wearing a PokeMart uniform.
"Hey there," he said, "the name's Rudy. I'm the store owners nephew," he added with pride.
"Cool," Alisha said politely, turning back around to face Alec.
"That'll be P800," he said. Alisha paid and walked out of the store. She felt more comfortable with the basics of being on a pokemon journey. She wandered out of the city to to Route 2.

She walked back into Viridian City from Route 2. Night was approaching and she didn't want to go into Viridian Forest just yet. She decided that she'd stay one last night in the city, and then she'd finally go on further. But she liked the city, so one more night couldn't hurt, could it? She walked into the Pokemon Center and walked into the rooms meant for trainers to sleep in. She took a bunk and as soon as her head touched her pillow, she fell asleep.

It was slightly chilly when Elli left the Pokemon Center in the morning. Happiny was fully healed from the night before when she left route 1 and entered Viridian City. She was extremley tired, and even acted rude toward a nurse Joy! How is that even possible? She went to the Pokemart and inside, quickly bought some food, and fed it to Happiny, sitting down on the bench.
(I'm so sorry, I have nothing to write about, and I have roleplayers' block! AUGH!)

"Where are you going, Chinchou?" Alisha asked following the wondering pokemon. Her Chinchou started to pick up speed and she couldn't keep up. Chinchou ran under a low tree branch, and Alisha, unaware that it was there, tripped over it. She lost sight of Chinchou. She quickly scrambled up and tried to find her lost pokemon.
"Chinchou? Chinchou!" she called. She searched everywhere until she finally lost hope.
"Chin-chin, chin," she heard Chinchou in the distance. She followed the voice, and eventually came upon an open area in the city with a good number of benches.
"Chinchou!" she said, releaved. It was wondering over by another trainer who was feeding her pokemon. That silly pokemon, she thought, it loves food. She wandered over to the trainer and scooped up Chinchou.
"Don't ever scare me like that again," she said to her pokemon, which was obviously unaware that it had caused Alisha to worry. Alisha looked at the trainer who was feeding her pokemon. She seemed to be a little confused about Chinchou coming over.
"Hi," Alisha said happily to the trainer, "my name is Alisha. And you are?"

"Chin-chin-chin..." The drifting call got closer as Elli looked up. A Chinchou was floating toward her. Or most likley the food that Happiny was eating.
"Where'd ya come from little guy?" She petted him(/her) on the head as it went for Happiny's food. "NO!! I paid my only money for that food." Elli screamed as she pulled Chinchou away.
A girl came up and asked what her name was. "I'm Elli, and if you'd like to know my full name, its Elizabeth Vivian Rose. Why do you ask..." She wasn't feeling herself yet, her mind was still recooperating from the not-so-important issue. The 'Ben' issue.

Her name was Elli. Elli didn't seem very open to Alisha. Her rather questionable attitude would normally make Alisha walk away, but she was trying to be nice, considering that her pokemon caused the trouble.
"Oh, I was just wondering," Alisha said, trying to be friendly, "you look like a trainer, and I haven't met many trainers. I am a trainer, too. Well, I'm techinically a coordinator, but I catch and train pokemon."
Alisha giggled at her misuse of the phrase, "trainer".
"Well, anyway, I'm sorry that my little Chinchou," she gestured to the pokemon in her arms "caused a little problem. I just fed her myself, but she likes new things. But anyway, my name's Alisha, as I said earlier, and it is nice to meet you."
Even though she had finished her talking like she was going to leave, she didn't. Instead, she sat down next to Elli on the bench. Elli seemed to have a good side and seemed just a little bit uncertain of things and unaware that Alisha was trying to be polite. Elli was obviously a traveling trainer, and since they were both at the same place now, they were probably going to be where the other is a lot. In fact, Elli could make a great traveling partner. But if that was ever going to happen, Alisha had to make sure Elli warmed up to her.

"Well you seem rather hyper," Elli drew the conclusion from Alisha's spoken sentence. "But if you must know, I am a trainer, I just enter contests occasionally. By the way, its nice to meet you too." She untied her hair from her ponytails, and put a lock of hair behind her ear. Happiny got a piece of food, and started to bring it over to Chinchou, and Elli pushed her along the way.
This 'trainer' sure talks a lot Elli was thinking as she totally ignored Alisha go on and on about herself, and what she thought about everything.

Alisha looked down at the cute little Happiny that was sharing food with her Chinchou.
"Well you seem rather hyper," Elli said. With Alisha's closer friends she enjoyed the comment, but with a complete stranger it was more like an insult. Alisha hadn't talked that much, had she? Elli seemed like a person who didn't take time to really get to know people she seemed to go with whatever was easiest. So if a person was a little jittery (like Alisha) Elli wouldn't be fond of it. But, if Alisha just came up to her apologized for Chinchou, and asked if Elli was a trainer, Elli might not be blocking Alisha out as much.
"So," Alisha began, "do you want to travel together?" Alisha knew that she was probably rushing into the question too fast, but if she didn't ask it now, she might never get to. But it was kind of an out-of-no-where question and she probably ruined it by asking too soon, but she couldn't change that now.

When Alisha asked the question, Elli just stared at her. "You mean, you just meet someone a few minutes ago, and ask if you want to travel together??" She had stood up now. "You aren't very safe are you? I could be from Team Rocket, and you wouldn't even know it." She thought that sounded rude, but Alisha needed to hear it. She just goes with whatever she thinks is the easiest way to go, not bothering to really get to know people.
Elli sighed and flopped back down on the bench. "I'm sorry I said that. You seem nice enough, but you really need to learn not to trust people right away." She picked up her Happiny, who was now finished eating. Then she thought of Ben, her brother. Alisha was a lot like him. "If you still like me enough, I'll travel with you."

Alisha looked away, embarrased at the things Elli said to her. Maybe Elli wasn't such a great person. No. She was, but she didn't have a way of showing it.
"Well, I'm not just gonna hate a person because they say what they mean. I kow I rushed into the question too fast, but I can tell your a good person," Alisha said. Then she giggled.
"That's why you pretty much said yes at the end. You have a really good and nice side, but it's just a little bit deeper, and I'm only gonna get to see it if I get to know you."
Alisha sighed and looked straight at Elli. "So, I'll travel with you. But just let me visit the Pokemon Center before we leave."
Alisha got up and scurried over to the Pokemon Center. After her pokemon were healed, she ran back over to the bench where Elli was.
"So, shall we go? Off to Route 2!" she threw her hands in the air, and walked out of Viridian City.

Elli nodded and picked up the remains of Happiny's food. She left Alisha to go into the Pokemon center and went to the Pokemart herself. She walked into the Pokemart and a boy(Alec haha) was at the counter. Elli waved and walked to the back of the store where the potions were. She grabbed two and took them to the counter.
"Hey... Alec." She read his name tag. She pushed the potions toward him and started to get the money needed. She paid for it, put the potions in her bag, and headed off, following Alisha into the Viridian forest.

Aisumaru returned to the pokemon center, only anticipating a short stop. However, there was a long line of people waiting to get their pokemon healed, mostly bug catchers. Aisumaru sighed, shifting his weight from one side to the other as he stood in line.
"Onii-san? Can I braid your hair?" A little girl tugged his pant leg from behind him. He turned around to come face-to-face with a blue-eyed, indigo-haired 5-year-old, by her appearance.
"Umm..." Aisumaru said hesitantly. Flora looked at him expectantly, so Aisumaru reluctantly nodded. "...Sure..."
The young girl was lifted up onto Aisumaru's left shoulder, where she happily began braiding a small section of Aisumaru's hair. "Ooh...I like your hair color. It's pretty. My auntie said my hair color is pretty too! Do you think so? Or is auntie just being a aunt?" She asked, chattering on. Aisumaru nodded every now and then, much to the annoyance of the young girl who found difficulty in braiding the hair of a bobbing head.
Aisumaru sighed as she continued to talk incessently, and finally replied. "Didn't your mother ever tell you not to talk to strangers?"
The girl started crying. "Mommy died when I was born! Daddy died a few weeks afterward from...umm...the doctor called it twama. I live with Auntie, she lives here! But she's out coordinating a lot...that's why I come here! I want to meet some trainers and coordinators! Are you a trainer?" Her tone suddenly became cheery. Aisumaru stared. Here was a young girl who went through some of the same issues as he did, somehow still happy, friendly, and cheery. A part of him protested that she never knew her parents, but her attitude was enough to make him start think. Small fingers tugging on a completed slivery braid fastened with an ice-blue hair tie knocked him out of his pondering.
"Yes?" Aisumaru asked, finally handing Flora and Mistral's pokeballs over to Nurse Joy for healing and his egg for a check-up.
"I SAID, are you a trainer?" The young girl obviously did not take well to being ignored.
"No, I'm a breeder," Aisumaru replied, fastening his returned pokeballs onto his belt and his egg back into his container. He nodded his thanks to Nurse Joy before walking away and polishing his egg on a nearby bench.
"Oooh! I want to be a coordinator. That means that I have to be a good breeder too!" The girl exclaimed. Aisumaru nodded. "Can you bring me an Oddish? Please? I want to raise one for Pokemon contests! I know you've probably just started, but...please?"
"I...ok," Aisumaru smiled. "But for now, I have to go through the Viridian Forest. I'll try to bring you an Oddish someday."
Aisumaru's mind blocked out the cries of farewell and gratitude from the little girl, and just started thinking...quickly, he returned to the Viridian Forest.

Della quickly took her Pokemon to the Pokecenter near the center of the city. She gave her two Pokeballs to Nurse Joy and took a seat far away from anyone else and waited for her Pokemon to be healed. When they were, she retrieved her Pokeballs from Nurse Joy, and quietly said thank you. She left the Pokecenter and went to her house to show her parents her new Pokemon.
She entered the house and found her mother, Vera, sitting at the table and her father, Eddie, cooking at the stove. Her parents' Pokemon were sleeping cuddled together in the corner of the room. Eddie and Vera were both extremely happy to see her again, and were ready to see her new Pokemon. She showed them Raeya and Aro. Raeya stayed a little away from everyone, Della included. Aro tried to fight her parents' Pokemon before Della calmed him down. Della left her Pokemon downstairs and went up to her room.
Della looked around her room before heading to her desk. She grabbed the Potion off her desk and put it in her bag. With a little hesitation, she took the picture frame off her side table and took out the picture. The picture was of her parents, with a baby in their arms. To either side of them were her parents' Pokemon. To the left of her father was an Infernape. To the right of her mother was a shiny Xatu. She folded the picture and put it in her bag. She replaced the frame and went downstairs.
Jess the Xatu and Taia the Infernape had woken up and were playing with Aro. Raeya watched a few feet away. Vera had set the table and Eddie had served the food he had been making. Della got Pokefood out for the four Pokemon before joining her parents at the table. She ate her meal and chatted with her parents. When the meal was finished, she cleared the table. Leaving Raeya and Aro with her parents, she left the house and ran over to the Pokemart.
At the Pokemart, Della grabbed two Potions and two Antidotes. She took them up to the front counter. The saleswoman rang them up and Della gave her the P800. Della grabbed the Potions and Antidotes and stashed them in her bag. She left the Pokecenter and returned to her parents' house.
By now, the day had continued on and was nearing evening. Della didn't want to try traveling Viridian Forest at night. She brought her bag up to her room and left it on her desk. She spent the evening talking with her parents and playing with Raeya and Aro. Come nightfall, Della, Raeya, and Aro retired to Della's room. They spent the night.

Della's night was spent rather restlessly. She tossed and turned a bit, upsetting both of her Pokemon. Whenever she did get to sleep, Aro crowded her too much. Raeya tended to stay at the foot of her bed, but Aro liked to be in the bend of her knees, or the small of her back, or right under her chin.
Della woke feeling half refreshed. After packing a sleeping bag, some matches, and a pan into her bag, she went downstairs and had breakfast. Her father had made some breakfast tacos earlier and had left a few out for Della. She fed her Pokemon and went out in the garden to say goodbye to her parents.
After saying goodbye, Della packed a little travel food into her bag next to her pocket knife and withdrew Aro and Raeya. She left the house and headed towards Viridian Forest.
