Why did Godot go to jail for killing someone that was about to kill Maya? Isn't there a law about that? Because I'd hate to get arrested for helping people if something happened in the future.

Yeah I know when I reached the 4th trial and I saw Diego Im like Okay you look like Godot or something I was totally shocked. Speaking of the 4th case does Diego seem to act like a player or something or is it the fact that every male at my school acts like a jerk or something.
