OH JESUS. Everytime I come to this arguement I promise myself I won't write a shitload of, well, s**t. But I always do.
I don't think anyone's born gay, but I DO think that a child is shaped and formed while in adolescence by experiances in their life. I think that, if your parents are all OK about gays and you're exposed to it ALOT then it increses what a child percieves as "normal".
I, personaly, was molested by a man at a very young age and, since then, have had some trouble trusting the male sex in general. I think that emotional scarring has very lasting effects on a person. Subcontiously, of course.
I think, buried deep inside EVERY lesbian, is the comfort of being able to TRUST women, and being able to understand them better. Not to mention, I find them just so much more beautiful than men, anatomy wize.
That's about it, I dunno if anyone'll even get what im saying but ah well, at least I try. :]
I understand and agree, totally! Women are much kinder and gentler than men. Also, I know someone who has very homophobic parents who will watch TV and make fun of ever gay, bisexual, or lesbian person who's on it. He happens to be gay, but he was brought up where straight is the norm, and the only thing that should exist. It might be because it is human to defy other humans. *shrugs* but who could know.
