Everything I know about Hannibal:
1)He's Murdoc's older brother (most likely his half-brother)
2)He collects ashtrays (maybe)
3)He was in jail while they were writing RotO (might still be) for stealing hub-caps (maybe)
4)He broke Murdoc's nose 3 times
5)He likes dub reggea (The Clash is one band that was mentioned)
6)He doesn't seem to like rock 'n' roll and heavy metal very much (as evidence by him punching Murdoc for using his record player)
...Funny how there are only six I've been able to come up with, eh? Most of them were said by Murdoc, so that doesn't entirely mean that their true.

It's more realistic and probably closer to how Jamie would most likely draw him. Hans doesn't seem like the pretty-boy type at all.
