The mage chuckled. "My name, dear sir, is of little use to you." She stepped lightly towards him and peered closely in his face, lips pulled back in a small smile. "Why is it that you follow this woman so closely?" The jewel from her staff radiated violet before glowing no more.

Ilyrana is in a darkened alley. She can sense a drow in the next alley, but is not her love. That drow is female. She moves farther down the alley and into the darker shadows. She doesn't want her meeting to be stumbled upon by those in the marketplace. She turns to make sure she isn't be followed. She isn't. Something is clutched in her right hand, kept completely out of sight. She has been gone for quite some time with no word, but then she sent word to her love. This is where they are to meet.

Kelfein pushed through the crowd, his cowl hung over his head, and his cloak wrapped abouthim. His hands where wrapped, all the way up to his shoulders, so that people wouldnt see his Ebony skin. He finally reached the Allyway, but got shoved, and sturggled to get back there, finally he stepped in. Stopping for a second to breathe, he smiled softly, moving down the allyway. He smiles a bit more as he finally sees her, long before she would see him, his vision becomeing easier in the darkness. He silently stepped up to her, his arms gently wraping around Ilyrana. "Ily! I am here, love" he spoke in a hushed whisper.

Ilyrana turns in Kelfein's arms. "Oh, Kel..." She lays her head against him and breathes in his scent. "It has been so long. I have missed you so dearly." She pulls back slightly and holds a necklace out to him. "I have something for you now. This artifact will help you keep for innate abilities... I thought you might like it."

Kelfein smiles softly and kisses her forhead. "i Missed you too Ily." He wonders what she is doing when she pulls back. A smile crosses his face, as he gently lets her go, taking the necklace, and placing it on his neck. "Thank you Ily. It wont leave my side." he said gently, pulling her into a kiss. His red eyes slid closed, and he held her gently, happy to finally see her.

Ilyrana returns his kiss, her own blue eyes closing. She's been through a lost in her time away. She had to travel into the Underdark. She'd never complain about things done for her love. Never. She wont tell him of what happened or where she was. It took a lot to get that little artifact and what is hidden away inside it. She had to disguise herself and do things that made her want to die. None of that matters now though. She is back in Kel's arms. That's all that really matters.

Kelfein wondered how she had gained access to this necklace, but to him it didnt matter. She was back finally, and he was happy that she was. He pulls away from the kiss slightly, picking her up and spinning her around, his cowl falling from his face. His soft drow features, similar to an elf's, seemed to be almost glowing in a way. His ebony skin was hard to see in the dark, but he knew she could see it well. His red eyes stood out the most, as did his white smile. He was obviously happy. He stopped spinning, and set her down gently, kissing her one more time before looking at her. "we should go somewhere." he said softly. "somwhere away from here, somewhere that we can be accpeted." he spoke softly, but there was a fire in his eyes. A fire of determination.

"Does such a place even exist in this world?" Ilyrana has no quick desire to leave the dark alley. Her eyes are sensitive from the light from her stay in the Underdark. She is paler now than when they last were together. Will he notice it? She likes when he's happy. It gives her a reason to smile. Smile instead of scream. What happened while she was away not only causes her to have nightmares, but the memories haunt her waking hours as well. "I would love to fine such a place."

Kelfein smiled, but then he did indeed notice her paler skin, her sensitive eyes. He knew about such necklaces in the underdark, but.. "did she really...?" He kept a smile on his face, but he couldnt help but feel upset. "Ily, whats wrong my love? " he asked gently, hoping his guess was wrong.if she really did go down there, he would be pained for a long time, for she shouldnt have had to have seen those things, those things that no living being should truely see. Both his hands came to her cheeks, as he kissed her, hoping to comfort her.

Ilyrana accepts the kiss quite willingly. She feels guilty though. Would he ever understand the things I had to do? No... I wont tell him. He need not know. She gives him a smile. "It was a long journey, Kel. I suppose it has taken a bit of a tole on me. A little rest will fix everything."

A soft knowing smile came across his face, even though he had guessed it, and could feel it, he let it go, not wanting to pressure her, after sucha ahrd time. He smiles more at her words. "Well thats perfect, because while you where away, i earned enough gold, through what little work i could find, to buy a small home." he grinned, knowing she would love this news. "it is a little beat up and worn out, but i have fixed it most the way up." He smiled so happily that it seemed he couldnt be anymore happy. But he knew she would be even more happy. Finally, a place to them selves.

Ilyrana's smile brightens. "Oh, Kel!" She throws her arms around him. "That's so wonderful. A home. A place just for us. We wont have to meet in secret or stay in inns anymore." She kisses Kelfien quite thoroughly before looking up at him again. "Where is it? Are we going there?"

Kelfein still grinned. Her kiss was embraced deeply, as he had expected it. When they broke apart for the second he smiled more. He nods his head gently. "Yes my Love, we are going there. But first i want to give you something." he let one hand slip away from her, slipping into one of his pouches, on his waist. His hand came out, holding something gently in it. He turned his hand over infront of her. Slowly it opened, seemingly taking forever, as he smiled at her, a mischevious look in his eyes. As his hand opend to where she could see, a Mithril ring sat there in his hand, with a small sapphire gem sitting on the top. Taking her hand, he gently slid it on to her finger, then smiled more.

Ilyrana is speechless. The ring must be very expensive. The mithril looks like it came from a very rich vein. The sapphire is absolute perfection. It's so beautiful. She slowly looks up at Kelfein. This must all be a dream... I must be asleep. She blinks up at him as if she will awake any moment and none of this will have happened.

Kelfein Smiles at her, knowing fully well that it was the most expensive ring he could find, yet he got it from his dwarven friend he made while she was away. He asked him to make it specially for her, and The dwarf did. At half cost even. This made him smile more, and he gently took her hands in his own. "Now we can go to our home."
