I loved season two with Angelus and Spike. It just put a sweet touch to the show.

My personal favorite is Season 6. The only thing I hated was when Tara died,she was one of my favorite characters.

I like Seasons 1, 2, 3. For some reason, the others just made me mad. They seemed to repeat a lot of the earllier stuff, and the only episode in Season 6 that I liked was Once More With Feeling. Plus, in the later episodes, they were mean to Xander, and that in my book is unforgivable! Plus...Angel wasn't in a lot of them...that was horrible...*sigh*...I am a Xander and Angel addict...I need help...

3 just spawned so many good characters, anya, faith, and yes even dawn. joss planned for dawn's arrival a long time ago but he did not want to introduce her till later on.
I can't class Dawn as a good character. She's a good plot device (making Buffy face her responsibilities by giving her a dependant) but that's a different thing.
My favourite seasons are 1-3. After that there are SOOO many great individual episodes and some brilliant character writing but none of it gels together as well as the earlier stuff. (in fairness though I have issues with Dawn, Riley & kinda the Slayerettes too, so the later stuff was always gonna irk me!)

My favorite season was 4....mainly because of the episode "Hush" (my favorite).

i'd have to say season 6 was the best. then 7,5,2,4,3,1 (in that order). i didnt like 1 too much bcuz well it was the beginning and there wasnt a lot that was real interesting. i think 6 was the best cuz of the whole spike thing even tho the whole tara thing was pretty sad, alot happened in 6. 7 was pretty good but also sad cuz it was the last 1 lol

three. Always is. I think it was a good trasition season where you realize that the characters really can get to college and it won't be weird *laughs*
it goes 3-6-2-5-1-4 for me
