Fio caught her breath and she heard a scream and decided to investigate. She headed out of the alley and noticed Kai with blood dripping off his spear, "I keep hearing screams and it makes me a bit cautious if I wasn't the one who caused them," she touched the spear tip and rubbed the blood off her fingers. "Were you trying to have some fun or was it more knight work?" she asked removing her hood. She noticed the girl he was with and grinned, "Always with women..." she whispered loud enough for him to hear.

Kai walked over to the girl who had killed the drunker. She seemed to be making friends as fast as he was. "Good stab there little lady" he said complimenting her on her quick draw of the sythe into the chest.

"Well mostly a Knight thing lugs arnt giving a seconed chance in my book nor any of my soldiers books" he said giving a wink. "So what are you doing down here?"

she looks to kai and smiles" heard ya were looking for some merc's? i know three thatd be willing to go anywhere do anyjob" she stepped next to him and fio and then sighs looking at her sycth
"sis! i told you to not do anything stupid!" matthew yells at her
she protests "but he was trying to get his way with me also he called me a wench"
"what?! damn i wanted to kill him" yukito scowls at the dead figure

"Shopping isn't that what everybody is here for?" she said. She pulled out the arrows and amulet she had purchased. "I can't see you really carrying a spear. You're more of a sword and shield guy in my opinion. So I'm gonna assume it's a gift...for who though?"

Kai looked at the girl and her 2 siblings. "Yeah sure im looking for merc's need alot for alittle trip im organizing" then he looked at Fio. "Yea yea, this is a spear for my brother who is comming back in alittle while. He likes exotic weapons" he said with a smile. "Better get that blood off first"

Karell walked into the marketplace, noticing that despite it being dark, small torches have been hung around, and buisness was still taking place. He needed some food. "Excuse me, does anyonw know where i can but some food?" He asked, looking around at the busy crowds.

"and im yukito but you can call me yuki if you wish" he was looking at fio then turned and smiled at his sister

"Will someone please tell me where to get some food?" He asked again, his stomach growling with him this time. "I'm really hungry, and i would appreciate it!" he said, getting slightly annoyed. 'What does a person have to do to get some food around here?' he though to himself, slightly angry.

Karell walke dover, and took the food from her. "Thank you miss. What would you like in return? i have some money, and i also have a couple skills i might be able to use for you." He said, as he bit into the food happily. 'Tastes like paradise.' He thought to himself with a pleased grin on his face.

she smiles and looks up slightly. she estimated she was only slightly younger then him . she smiled and shook her head " i wouldve offerd to actually cook you food, but my place is...." she couldnt sayit had blood every where , she didnt wnt this man to think she was creepy

"it's alright, i just needed some food." He said, finishing off an apple, and then pulling out the sandwhich. "Well, i am still willing to offer you my services, or my money in return. Do you want eithe rof them?" he asked her, then he took a bite out of the sandwhich.

she shook her head once again and smiled " nope, consider it free" her golden eyes showed amusment but also showed caution, she didnt know this man so she played safe
