"Not as confident in your ability to tell me apart as you'd like?" Saradin glanced down to the wolf that approached him cautiously. "I told you to be careful." He knelt to pet the guardian before noticing his new adornments as well as Aurahkah's manor of dress. "Aurahkah? What are you ready to do?"

The wolf leaned his head into Saradin's hand. He doubted that Saradin's double would chance to lay a hand on him. One wrong vibe and the wolf would have a grip that wouldn't be easily broken, even for someone who could fade into the shadows.
Aura pushed herself from her chair, approaching both wolf and man. "I, dear Saradin, am ready to defend my home and my family to the fullest extent of my abilities and weaponry. I'm not playing nice anymore."
'Nice won't solve everything...anything rarely...'
"Nice won't solve everything. Perhaps I've been blind to the situations of late due to it." Where had all the smiles and laughs gone? For the time she had locked them away, letting herself fall into an old persona, one of merciless killer and thief, not afraid to take something head on. She pointed to the bands that encircled Eclipse's legs. "And with the right tools...I welcome the challenge."

((Sorry for my post delays, its an off night. Distractions galore.))
"Nice. Sometimes its the only solution." He said, trying not to let this changed Aurah replace the vision of her that he held in memory. "But as you say, sometimes it won't let you solve the problem." Naturally, he pressed his hand into Eclipses fur, petting him and relieveing his worried mind. But still, this almost presented something new, no one would want her to change like this for to long.

She flashed a brief smile to Saradin, before also threading her fingers into Eclipse's fur. "For the time being, said problem won't be getting the best of this place or the people here, not while I'm awake anyway. Speaking of which...any more visits from our un-welcome guest?"
Eclipse's ears flattened very slightly, almost an unseen movement, as he shifted his gaze to the girl he had spent a good four thousand and something odd years with. Her thinking was clouded with a presence that had no right to be there.

Saradin winced invisibly in a manner similar to Eclipse, though neither noticed the other do it. Something certainly wasnt right about her like this. Numerous other things had come and gone, but this had her acting differently. "I havent seen my other self recently no. I'm not sure if he's trying to plot something or just sitting around wasting his time. We're caught in a constant cycle, everything he thinks of, I think of. A stalemate."

"Truly a problem then. Any idea you come up with, he knows about, any course of action you can think to take. Yet killing him won't work either." She thought for a moment, crossing her arms. "A stalemate indeed. Maybe somehow you can put up a block, perhaps?"

"A block? I wouldnt know how." An intrigueing notion, and one that might have the desired effect, but difficult to achieve. "It would require this place to be completely severed or blocked from the plane. Its not as easy as just closing me off from contact, the plane itself draws in parts of our minds to create copies. But if we cut it off, then those copies would wither and die, as well as reduce the landscape on that side to nothing."

"Interesting notion...like cutting off it's life really." It was hard to believe, even for Aura, that the plane could be completely closed off. She looked from Saradin to Eclipse a moment then back to Saradin. "What about him? Ever see a copy of him there? Or does it not affect him as it does us?" The thought intrigued her. After all, Eclipse had never been truly one of dark thoughts and such.

"Yes, even the most saintly have a dark side. As long as there is even a hint of pain somewhere in your life, it can maniulate that and use it against you. Since your soul bonding though, I believe that he has become more, scarce. His copies contain less of his mind and soul than just his physical form now."

She turned another glance to her wolf, nodding slightly. "Seems you're the safest out of us all then. You had little to deal with before, and even less now." Aura then turned her look to Saradin. "Anyway to use that to an advantage?"
Eclipse let his ears perk, listening to them both now seeing as they were speaking of him. So he had copies as well? He guessed that if one had any intelligence at all to know the feeling of negative emotions had one, or a few.

"Advantages where you can get them? Only if you have no regrets about bending the mind of your closest friend's deepest sorrows to suit you." While it was a plausable concept, he wished to express his distaste for it. Such things were beyond just removing any niceties you had and passed into plain cruelty to him.

Aura titled her head slightly, another rather plain emotion playing across her face.
'You've done it before...why not?'
She closed her eyes for a second and shook her head. Aura would hear none of that. Eclipse was her constant, not some tool to be used as he had proved the moment he was 'born'. "You and I both know I would never do that to him...it was merely a question."

"I should hope not," Saradin let out, even if it would provide extra support in this matter. "From the look of it, theres more bothering you than just this. Something you dont want to talk about." Saradin let go of Eclipse and stood up, realizing that his sword was still in his hand. After one last glance into the memories it held, he sheathed his sword.

Aura shrugged the slightest bit and brushed a piece of hair from her eyes. "When an entire lifestyle I've come to know and be settled into is being threatened, I don't take the offense lightly. Also...facing yourself in a mirror and seeing what you are is one thing...facing yourself in the literal sense is another. Think about it Saradin. I've seen one copy of myself, one that was not too pleasant. I've seen worse in a mirror...I don't wish to meet one like that image as well." No one, not even Saradin, center of the situation, needed to know of he influence, they at least had to think she was sane. Tellign people you heard voices that are but aren't there wasn't sane behavior.
'Lesson one, see the worst in yourself and feed upon it, become it, embrace it.'
Eclipse shifted his weight uneasily. He couldn't pinpoint what she was getting at. Her past demeanor perhaps? But then why would she let herself succumb to the dark thoughts that brought on her current demeanor change? Because she knew he could pull her back to being the sweet Aurahkah that everyone here knew? He flattened one ear back, trying to dissect it all.

Saradin suddenly shifted the gaze of his eyes away from the room, to a hallway leading here. "Seeing the worst in yourself just proves its there. And sometimes that reflection wants out of the mirror." Saradin suddenly blinked out of sight, into the realm that spawned him.
Not a second later, he walked into the room from the same entrance he had glanced at prior. In his hands, he held his sword, going over the knicks in its blade walking oblivious to the other people in the room.
