Angelina was, needless to say, a bit confused. "No ring," she nodded slowly, then turned to slap Fred on the back of the head, but paused before her hand was moved from her side. "Wait...what do you have the box for then? How'd you get it without the ring?"

"Who says he doesn't have a r--mmph!" George glared at Draco, who had clapped a hand over his mouth, hoping to stop the sentence, but the damage was done.

"Wait...what?!" Angelina's eyes widened as she gingerly fingered her new necklace.

Fred sighed and pulled a beautiful ring out of his pocket. "It was all I could afford." He began, admiring the ring. "I was going to wait to give it to you. I was going to give it to you after we won the Quiddich Cup at the end of the year," he looked up at her and smiled. "But now is a good time too." He lifted her left hand and slide the delicate ring onto her third finger. Leaving his fingers hovering over the ring, Fred asked, "Angelina Johnson, Will you promise to love me forever and be my wife?" He smiled and watched her start to tear up again. "Will you marry me?"

Angelina paled as she looked uncertainly to the others. Katie and Alicia were beaming, George and Ron's mouths had dropped in surprise, Hermione was silently urging her to answer, and Harry, Draco, and Sy seemed to be waiting anxiously for her response. No pressure there, though...

"Are...you're joking, right?" She finally spoke warily.

"No," Fred denied, his hand shaking violently as he took hers. "Angelina, I love you. I've known that for years. I've been so stupid lately. I don't want to be jealous anymore; I just want to know you're mine. Forever," he whispered softly, eyes glittering with tears.

"Oh," Katie breathed, her own eyes watering, though neither Fred nor Angelina took notice.

"Fred, you sap," Angelina gave a choked chuckle and nodded. "Yes, I'll marry you."

If there were still people around, the couple couldn't tell. Fred's grin was contagiously set on his features as he intertwined fingers with Angelina's, stood, and pulled her into a deep kiss; the two completely lost in a world where nobody else existed.

There was around of "AWW!!" as the couple sealed their vow with a kiss.

While they were occupied, Syreen took the opportunity to talk to Draco. "Hey hon, what's with that?"

"With what?"

"The jewlery that you obviously bought for Fred?" Syreen clarified, "What's went on under my nose?"

Draco smiled and kissed her nose. "A lot."

Syreen glared at him. "Care to explain?"

"Not really, no," Draco smiled pleasantly, turning his attention back to the now engaged couple. "You're welcome," he whispered quietly in Fred's ear, turning back toward the castle. "Happy Birthday, Lina," he grinned.

"What a gift that was," Lina smiled softly at Fred, just giving Draco a nod to indicate she'd heard him. "You honestly nearly gave me heart failure, love. Don't ever do that again," she laughed.

"Right, I'm going to propose twice," Fred rolled his eyes and stepped closely to her so the only space between them was filled with their intertwined hands. "Although, if it came down to it, I wouldn't hesitate to."

"My word, I love you Fred," Angelina sighed happily and rested her head on his chest.

"I love you, too, Lina," he smiled. "Now I've proven it."

Syreen rolled her eyes and said loudly, "Get a room!" as she wrapped an arm around Draco.

Draco smiled and leaned down and kissed Syreen to get her to be quiet.

Fred laughed. "I could say the same to you two."

"Not really," Lina disagreed, eyebrow raised. She grinned as Fred gave her an inquiring look and she whispered, "We can't say that anymore. We really will be getting a room soon," she smirked.

"Lina!" Fred looked shocked. "I didn't know she would even dare say something like that," he spoke now to Draco and Sy.

Draco laughed as he began to walk away. "Watch that one," he called over his shoulder.

"She'll never leave my sight," Fred promised quietly, kissing his fiancee softly.

Syreen laughed at Draco and pulled herself closer to him as she shivered.

Draco smiled and held her close. "Cold baby?"

Syreen smiled back at him. "Just a little but it's better now."

Draco smirked and kissed her quickly. "Wait until later."

Syreen groaned. "No snogging tonight. I'm tired."

He frowned.

When Angelina awoke the next morning, it was still dark, so she couldn't see, but she could feel Fred's arms wrapped around her. Needless to say, she was unbelievably content with her position.

"Morning, m'love," his low voice mumbled sleepily, making her jump. "Sorry," he laughed, "did I scare you?"

"I didn't know you were awake," Lina muttered and turned to face him so she could rest her head on his chest.

"I haven't slept all night," he sighed through the darkness.

"Why's that?" Lina frowned. "You should get some sleep, you know. It's got to be nearly two in the morning."

"Yeah, just about," Fred shrugged. "I was watching you sleep," he admitted. "You're so beautiful."

"Oh, stop it," Lina's blush was evident even in the darkness. "I'm not either."

"You are to me," Fred smiled. "That's all that matters."

"That's so sweet," Lina nuzzled against his chest, then muttered, "We're still having practice at seven-thirty."

"Darn it," Fred mumbled under his breath.

At Practice.

"I don't see why I have to do 40 more laps," George started to whine. "Haven't I had enough?"

"Don't push her man." Ron advised.

"Ron's right," Harry added, "It's not wise."

George groaned and took to the air once again, trying to complete his laps as quickly as possible.

"Serves him right," Harry laughed. "Going after Hermione like that. Right, Ron?"

"Oi! Captain!" Ron ignored Harry and rolled his eyes. "Can't you snog after practice?" He shouted, making Harry turn and snicker.

Up until Ron had shouted at her, Lina had been engaged in quite the snog-fest with Fred, but pulled away abruptly when he yelled.

"No," she hollered. "We're waiting for George to finish his laps, then we'll actually start practice."

"I'm hungry," Ron grumbled and crossed his arms.

"When are you not?" Harry rolled his eyes and laughed, glancing back to the engaged couple, once again attached at the lips. "I hope I'm never that mental," he sighed.

"You already are mental," Ron reminded him. "Just don't get so mental over a girl."

"Oh, hush," Hermione snapped as she joined them. "Morning Harry, I brought you breakfast," she smiled. "I wasn't sure when you'd all be done practicing."

"Th-thanks, Hermione," Harry looked surprised. "That was sweet of you."

Hermione turned a bit pink from the compliment and handed him a steaming cup of hot chocolate with a plate filled as much as it could hold.

"You didn't bring me anything?" Ron looked offended.

"No," Hermione said shortly.

In the stands

"I don't know why George is complaining. I could fly 40 laps on his broom in a about a minute maybe two." Syreen groaned resting her head on Draco's lap.

Draco laughed. "Well we all can't have supernatural flying abilities." Syreen glared at him which caused him to laugh. He then kissed her gently before he continued. "Just because you were gifted with amazing speed doesn't mean that everyone has that ability. Take it easy on him."

Syreen sighed. "He's only getting what was coming to him." she replied with a smile.

Draco laughed. "You mean for the whole Hermione thing?" he asked. "Well she doesn't look that disturbed by it anymore. She's back to serving Harry's every whim."

Syreen looked down at Hermione, obviously staring at Harry with puppy dog eyes, and laughed a little. "I guess you're right."

Draco smiled. "I'm always right," he replied. Syreen rolled her eyes at him as he smirked at her then kissed her passionately. He then pulled away abruptly and continued to smirk.

Syreen groaned and scowled. "Party pooper."

"We should get to practicing now," Lina sighed, pulling away from Fred slightly.

"Aww," Fred pouted, "do we have to?"

"Game against Hufflepuff tomorrow," Lina reminded him and tapped him on the nose quickly. "Besides, I really want to try out my Firebolt in practice. I need to get used to that before the game."

"Oh, alright," Fred looked put out as he pulled back and intertwined his fingers with hers, gently tugging on her hand. "Let's get this out of the way."

Lina grinned and called up to George, "Don't land yet. We're starting practice."

"Angelina," he groaned, hovering in the air. "Not fair."

"Deal with it, you whiner," Lina rolled her eyes. "Everyone in the air! Harry, I'm letting the Snitch out. You work on that, Fred and George can just hit the Bludger around to work on accuracy, Ron will defend the goals, and the three of us will take turns trying to score."

From the stands, Draco smirked. "I've already done that."

Sy slapped him.

"Draco!" Syreen half screamed when everyone looked up at them.

Draco smiled at Syreen trying to hide herself from embarrassment. "What?"

"Did you have to scream that to everyone? We haven't done anything like that and you know it." Syreen said as she blushed at the thought and tried to hide her face from Draco.

Draco laughed. "Well, by hiding you're telling everyone that you have something to hide from; something that they didn't know."

Syreen looked up at him with wide eyes and peeked over the rail to the field below.

Angelina was shaking with silent laughter, Harry had nearly dropped his plate of food, Ron had stopped arguing with Hermione, whose eyes were wide. Fred and George were snickering, and Katie and Alicia looked like they couldn't tell if they had heard correctly or not.

"That was interesting," Lina giggled, one hand covering her mouth while the other held tightly to her broom. "Alright, enough embarrassing Sy...even though it's so much fun," she teased and kicked off high into the air. "Fred, will you let the Snitch, the Quaffle, and one Bludger out, please?"

Fred nodded and firmly grasped his Beater's club, hitting the Bludger up to George, then threw the Quaffle to Angelina, and released the tiny struggling Snitch into the air.

"That's our cue," Harry groaned, setting his plate next to Hermione on the bleachers. "You're a lifesaver, Mione, thanks," he smiled and kissed her cheek in gratitude, then took to the air.

Hermione looked pleasantly surprised.
