herojoe More activity and a less cluttered up guild. Could you be more constructive with your suggestion? Which methods do you suggest to be used to increase activity in the guild? What can we do to make the guild less cluttered?

I am very sorry. I don't know what we can do to increase activity, but I do know what we can do to keep the guild less cluttered. We should have a sub forum called "Castlevania Games" and there would be a seperate thread for each game. I think that that would definitely make life easier.

Touché Shi! xd Well we can work with this....Maybe throught this week we should make 1 thread for each game, to discuss about it and have it stickiedm though I'd also have to retire quite a few threads, we'd also need a "Recycle Bin/Archie" subforum, cause if you all did not know, all erased threads go to a undisclosed guild in which mods look over all threads surprised I will be very busy this week but I will discuss with with the mods and see what we can do ninja

A lot of guilds just use the main forum for announcements and suggestions. I think that for this guild you can still use the main forum for a lot of stuff. If it has to do with castlevania, but does not necessarily have anything to do with a game. Like art for instance. Or the movie thread.

If it has to do with castlevania, but does not necessarily have anything to do with a game. Like art for instance. Or the movie thread. Indeed, or the Question of the week thread for instance... I suggest we simply transform the help and strategy section into the CV game subforum. And not only have each game's individual thread be for discussing things that you liked disliked, but also have it be a place for asking for help about those individual games (for example in the CV 2 thread you could both talk about how dumb it was that dracula throws sickles and ask how to get the red crystal). And for people who don't like spoilers, either on the main page or under the specific games list, we could have a 'spoiler free' help section. Most of the threads in Help and strategy can be boiled down into their specific games (like ghoul king ftw can go into the PoR thread)

Sounds good, yes. I think the idea of an "arena" subforum could be good as well... Not only we could pin our skills against each other but, we could also compete in other things like, CV art or even avatars. 3nodding

THat's a good idea on paper, but knowing the activity level in this guild, it would quickly be forsaken. Competition relies on many heavily active users. Not only is there only a handful of active users, but the odds of them being on around the same time are slim.
As for the help and strategy transformation, we'll see what Jin thinks of it when he reads it, he may have a different idea, and we need his permission anyway.

No, I have a few mods, as noted in the opening page of the forum, and yeah I think we could try this idea out (the arena), it can be our games subforum as in we play word, avatar, art games 3nodding As for the making the Help & Strategy Subforum our Castlevania Games discussion....I dunno We could talk about the games and help in different subforums, will be easier to find help and strategy in its own subforum, rather than dig around a mixed subforum talking about other aspects of the game sweatdrop If you the mods can do this it'd be nifty or let me know when at least 2 of us can be online at the same time so we can do this together surprised

The jin has spoken, Help and Strategy stays razz If you're talking about the Arena, it should be pretty easy assuming we know what to make in it already. So far word games, avatar and art games. What else should the arena have?
