After the men leave, Tarik bows deeply to the wolf. "Thank you kind wolf for helping me." He takes his backpack off and opens it and takes something out that is wrapped in a brown paper wrapper. It is one of the steaks he purchased for he and his friends to BBQ tonight for dinner. He offers it to the wolf. "Please take this as a reward."
"I do not know what those robbers would have done if you had not come along."

After wandering around town looking for the man with the dark cloak she gives up and goes to the castle to see if he might be there. There is a large crowd of men lined up. She scans the line of men but does not see the man with the cloak. "Perhaps I'm too late."
While scanning the line she has the chance to get closer to the castle. Sasori studies the castle walls and goes around the side of the castle. There is a small bridge that seems to be a servant's entrance. She runs into a woman carrying a basket of groceries going in, she looks like a cook. She stops the woman. "Oh, that looks heavy, let me help you." Sasori helps the woman with the basket and enters with the woman past the guard, into the castle grounds. They go up to a side entrance and into a kitchen. The woman thanks Sasori and offers her a piece of pie before she goes.
Sasori asks about who lives in the castle and the women tells her about the iron fisted General. "He wasn't always so mean. He once had a family but his wife died and his daughter ran away so he is a bitter old man."

Angel was having a very good day at the market. It was really busy with more and more people coming into town for the festival and tournament. She sold out of all of her hats and other goods. It was still a couple of hours until she was to meet the girls at the inn for dinner. She closes her stand for the day.
Angel decides to go back to the inn to work on making more goods to sell in the market. As she walks back, the sky darkens so she looks up and sees the dark dragon flying overhead.

Sasori looks out of the window of the kitchen and sees the castle gardens and the fountain in Angel's picture. "Well I will leave you to your work. The pie was delicious. I will see myself out." Sasori goes out the door and sneaks towards the garden she saw. No one was around so she goes to the fountain.
A young man comes up behind her. He is wearing very fancy armor. "Hello, who are you?" Sasori is startled. "Oh, I'm sorry I got lost on my way out and the garden is so beautiful." The man says, "My Uncle's last joy. I've not seen you here before." Sasori answers, "Oh, I was just helping your cook. I'd better be going." She bows to the man and starts to walk towards the guard gate. He calls for her to wait but she continues to walk faster. He stops her, "Wait, I'd like you to stay for dinner." Sasori says, "I'm sorry, I am meeting friends. Perhaps another time." She leaves quickly, she can't imagine having dinner at the castle of "The General."

Natilie sniffed the meat. It smelled really good she took a bite out of it. It tasted even better than it smelled. She eat the rest of the steak then turned on her heel and left.
She went to another alley that was empty and changed human. She walked back to the inn. It took her a long time because of the crowds of people in town for the festival. She walked into the inn and saw Angel and Sasori already sitting at a table talking.
“Did you guys find anything?” Natilie asked them.

"I didn't have anything interesting really. The crowds are great for my business so I sold out today. But I did see the dragon again, it was flying over me like it was watching me on the way home."
"Sasori really had a great break today, she got to go into the castle and found the fountain where one of the photos was taken."

Sasori related what happened earlier. . . "After we split up, I went to the castle and there was a woman that needed help with her basket so I helped her and we went into the castle. As I was leaving, I saw the fountain outside in the garden so I went over to see it."
"I was just about the leave and a young man in mythrill armor comes up to me. He's the general's nephew and he asks me to dinner! I got scared and left quickly. But he did say that the garden was the general's only joy."

"I suppose that is possible but the tournament is at the castle grounds, not inside the castle. Maybe they open the grounds up for tourists during the tournament."

Tarik tells his friends about the robbers and the wolf. They are very concerned since the town is full of many strangers.
They decide to to into town to play cards at a local tavern. Tarik and one of his friends sits at a table with a man with a green cloak and 3 other men. They play and Tarik notices that the man with the green cloak has a ring like the man he saw in line today. It is the same scorpion pinkie ring. The man has changed his hairstyle and starts to grow a beard. Tarik pretends not to notice that he is the same man.
Tarik introduces himself and the man says his name is "Kitsune". Tarik nods and thinks to himself, Kitsune means fox, foxes are known to be deceivers. The man plays games with me.
They finish their game and Tarik is lucky and wins. Kitsune opens his coin bag to pay Tarik. He takes a few coins from the bag and hands the bag to Tarik. "Looks like you won almost all of my coins." Tarik takes the bag, takes a handful of coins and puts in his pocket then hands the bag back. "This is enough to settle our bet. I am not a robber, I only play for fun." Tarik bows to Kitsune and he bows back and leaves.

Tarik watches Kitsune leave but he does not go far, he ends up at the pub next door. Tarik follows him and pulls the hood of his cloak over his head and sits in a dark corner.
Kitsune is joined a short while later by one of the General's men that Tarik saw when he played cards with the General. The General's man says, "The General grows impatient." Kitsune says, "I think I found what he seeks. I will pay my debt and he will return my memory"
"If you fail, you will lose your more than your memory, you will lose your life," the General's man warns.
Kitsune leaves and a man with from another table goes to the General's man. He whispers to the General's man and hands him what looks like a silver coin. Then the General's man leaves.
Tarik sits at his table and wonders. "What was that all about?"

"I didn't find out anything. I tried to get close to the castle again, in wolf form, but the people signing up for the tournament chased me off. But I did save Tarik from some robbers. Thats why I was late."
"I think all we can do now is wait for the festival and try to sneak into the fountain and garden areas of the castle."
