I Mass PM'ed all the inactive members once. Within 1-2 days we started getting more posters, and I also got PM's telling me not to take them out of the guild, and that they are just too busy in real life, but will come post when they have the time. I think the mass PM worked just fine.. As for the people who have yet to see it.. I'll give em another month or two.
