Nayami was a bit caught off guard as the man approached her, he must’ve been the second one that snuck into her village, the one the villager was about to tell her about before she cut him off in an attempt to satisfy her rage.

“Such beautiful crimson eyes…they…much remind me of my father…” The Arashikage thought to herself as she seemed to look over the man several times before her icy orbs fell into his blood red pools. “Yes, that would be me, but may I ask why you have sought me out?”

She could feel Hachibi’s arms tighten around her waist, his warm breath quickly passing by her neck as he hissed in protest at the person who was trying to address Nayami. She decided not to correct Hachibi’s sudden slip of anger; she too wanted to know who this man was.

When he spoke Nayami’s body went rigid, her lips parting ever so slightly as her eyes narrowed to once again look him over. “I only had one brother…I don’t recall hearing anything about you.” If she came off as being rude, that really wasn’t in her intentions for this conversation; she was more shocked then anything.

It was hard to call this man a liar, the resemblance of both her and Saikin clearing showing up in his appearance. He possessed those same wicked red eyes as her father, and his face resembled that of Nayami’s.

“…Are you really my brother?” The Arashikage asked softly as she ignored Hachibi’s hisses of anger as she continued to talk to Kodomo.

Kodomo sighed, he knew it would come to this however there was only one true way he could indeed prove he was her brother. He had to use a technique that only her father would know how to teach someone, so he picked out one that was extremely draining but lethal at the same time. He found a strapping young man in the crowd whom seemed full of life, someone who had a brilliant life ahead of him, someone with a bright future.

"Oujou: Bai Hando..."

Suddenly the young man had a glazed look over his eyes, the girl that held his arm was suddenly pulled to a stop, the man slowly walked over to a man whom was using a pitchfork to clear away weeds. The young man with such a bright future took the gardening tool away from the other man whom looked at him odly. He then proceded to shove the prongs of the tool through his throat, blood splashed and people started screaming as that bright future left him. The life slowly died away and he was left hanging from the pitchfork, the tool supporting his way as the prongs slid all the way through his body. A gruesome suicide that ended the life of a young man with such a wonderful life ahead of him, quite a cruel thing to happen to such a bright boy.

"Are you satisfied...?"

Kodomo watched her, though he was being torn apart on the inside from having to kill someone to undenably prove that he was indeed her brother. He still could live with it as long as she did indeed acknowledge that he was her brother and that only someone that was her brother would know such a technique. He doubted Saikin had tought any of his subordinates this destructive technique, he only saved it for those he wanted to teach.

Michio passed by, hood drawn up over his head, eyes still blindfolded by the white bandages. The spectre passed through the streets, treading on the opposite side of the street as the man committed suicide. The sound of the metal piercing flesh, the rapid flow of hot blood to the ground, the sounds of a man dying. It was music to Michio's ears. He couldn't resist but smirk, the corner of his lips twisting up wickedly. In all essence, Michio had seen the entire display, though his eyes were entirely barred from sight by his blindfold.

As the body finally released it's final, ending breath, Michio went back on his way, knowing full well who'd been there to see the death as well. The very same woman he'd returned to see. Arashikage. Nayami. But Michio wasn't interested in returning after such a long absence and interrupting his Kage's dealings. Just as well, it didn't seem she'd caught a glimpse of him, his clothing and other noticable features hidden under cloak and hood. Nayami had more important matters to attend to at the moment, what with her brother coming to visit her. Michio assumed she was in no mood to deal with him at the moment.

Still, he couldn't help but smile a bit for the man who'd been forced to commit suicide as he continued onward.

Nayami’s eyes widened as she listened carefully to Kodomo’s voice, “That…attack, only I know it…” Her blue eyes shimmered with excitement as she watched the young man plunge the pitch fork deeply into his neck, her body shuddered with pleasure as the sudden spill of crimson dripped down over his clothes. The Arashikage’s lips curled in a dark smirk as the girl beside him began to cry hysterically.

As she finally decided she had enough her eyes ever so slowly strayed back to Kodomo. “You must be related to me then, I guess I shouldn’t be that surprised to find out my father was sleeping around with other woman.” A small chuckle slipped through her lips as she gently patted the top of Hachibi’s hands, “Let me hug my brother.”

The Arashikage spoke simply as she carefully slipped out of his grasp, her body moving slightly forward as she now stood in front of her half brother. “It seems the blood of my father is passed on again, I’m no longer the only one.” Her arms swathed themselves gently around his body as she hugged him close. “I will make sure no harm ever befalls my dear little brother…”

Nayami’s hands gently ran over his back as she soothingly touched him, her chin falling onto his shoulder as she closed her eyes. “He’s not here anymore, he won’t hurt us…” She whispered softly into his ear, her arms squeezing him just a bit tighter in the process.

Was this what love was supposed to feel like? Was this the thing he had been looking for, the thing that her father had never given him, the one thing that he had longed to expierence while he was locked away? It must be, the arms of his sister now hung about him, he was indeed of course much taller then she but not by much, enough that she could still rest her head upon his shoulder. He felt a warm feeling flow through his body as his sister embraced him for the first time that they had ever met. He could not quite understand the feeling he was getting from all of this however he knew that it was quite natural and it felt good.

"I have found...Family...Onee-san..."

He was finally where he belonged, his sister was grasping him tightly in her arms and all was right in the world, he felt that no one could destroy this now. He was in the perfect paradise, he did not need all of the good things that normal people wanted, all he needed was the last shred of family he had left. So now he had found himself a place, however he would short live this paradise, his seized up and began to cough viciously, pulling himself from her. He looked down into his hand, there was blood there, the disease he held within himself wast reminding him that he was slowly dieing. He would never be peaceful as long as this disease at away at him, but at least while he was still of the living he would be with the last bit of family he had.

"Father wouldn't have said anything about me...He was to embaressed to have a son whom was so sickly..."

As he roughly pulled away from her Nayami still managed to keep one of her hands on top of his back, his body hardening sudden as he tensed up from the violent coughs. She ran her hand along his back one last time before he straightened up again. “What’s…wrong with you?” The Arashikage asked as her keen eyes managed to steal in a glance of the bright crimson that stained his palm. “Are you... dying?”

Her voice was soft and full of curiosity as she leaned in closer towards him, her eyes rescanning Kodomo several times before they fell into his blood red pools. “You can’t be sick; I can’t lose my little brother again…”

Nayami’s arms once again wrapped around his body as she hugged him close, “I won’t let you die, I’ll try to find something to save you, our father cannot get away with mistreating yet another person, especially one whom is my little brother.” Her lips caught his cheek before she slowly pulled away. “I’ll help you; I won’t let anything else bad happen to you Kodomo, never again.”

"I have a terminal illness that is eating away at my insides like a cancer, it speads slowly, I will die, but all is well I have found family finally...All is well in the world..."

He slid his bloodstaind hands around her body pulling her to him as well into a gentle embrass, he was fine even with this terminal illness he would live long enough for her. He would live until they could get to know eachother a little more, tears came to his eyes as she spoke of trying to save him from his fate. It make him want to weep to think that anyone could have ever cared for him enough to want to try so hard to keep him alive. He knew no one else that would do so much to keep him alive, it was a beautiful thing for him since no one had ever showed that he was indeed loved. He knew this is what love felt like, this is what it felt like to be loved by another, he would never be able to take another uneasy breath while she was alive.

"I will live long enough though...Onee-san..."

And, for the first time in twenty years, since he had been born, he smiled it was a beautiful thing coming from him, even with his crimson eyes his smile lit the village. It was as though an angel had come from the heavens and smiled into the world with a unfathomable joy that no human could possibly comprehende. But he smiled, his white teeth glowed in the light, the pearly white so beautiful, he could not help it, the thing simply came to him. So for the first time in a long time Kodomo smiled while he was joined in a warm embrass by the only living relative that he would ever have.

He said them before turning on his hell and walking off.

Hiro quickly joined him, he wasn't really enjoying being around them either. Way too sappy for him. Hell, even when he found Kira it wasn't like that but, then again, Kira wasn't the last remaining family member and Kira wasn't deathly ill. At first Hiro was thinking the man was putting up an act, what kind of man would push away a sick boy? And, if he's had the sickness since birth, how has he survived this whole time? Hiro bit his lip, there was something about him he didn't like and didn't trust.

He had climbed down from the building and started to make his way over to the congregation of ninja. In a way he realized that he didn’t fit, but the feeling that some many of them… he’d never seen so many in one place. Slowly he made his way over, no more than a shadow to the group, he watched and listened with keen interest. His focus was almost as keen as the man still watching Ishu from the alley beside the building that Ishu had climbed down off of.

Oblivious to the stalking man, he was trying to figure out what was going on. He’d lost Kumi, but that didn’t mean he was helpless. He could handle himself…besides, he was just curious. Things for some reason seemed to revolve around this one woman… but he had no idea who she was. Maybe, if he listened long enough… maybe something would clue him in. Still, the people were interesting enough… not that he knew anything that they were talking about, it still intrigued him.

Watching and listening, he found that somebody had done some killing and that some body was rude. The more surprising one was this guy; he had been standing around for a while and was apparently the main girl’s brother. On top of that apparently this girl… or rather lady, was Nayami! Get that!

His eyes must have been the size of shuriken as he stared at the woman. Once he knew her name, the way she held herself, the power she represented, she was the Arashikage. He inched closer, oblivious to how important their conversation was. “Nayami-sama?” he asked as he pushed his way through to stand closer to the woman… the pretty woman. "Arashikage? I’m…” he hesitated and looked down at the ground a bit confused at how he should go about it. “I’m Ishu, I don’t remember anything, but I want to become a member of your village and a student at the academy.” He bowed his head in respect of her utter and complete control of his future.

Nayami could feel a small smirk tugging violently at the corners of her mouth as the warmth from his bloodstained skin began to soak against the fabric of her attire. The smell of it sparked a recent thought that had been surfacing in her mind for a few hours now. Her arms held him even tighter as her head fell into the small nook of his neck and shoulder. She inhaled the strong scent of smoke, the fragrance making her eyes water slightly but she continued to stay close, her hands passing over his body in smoothing touches. “And I will make sure of that.” The Arashikage’s voice wasn’t nearly as gentle as it had been before, the scent of her father finally attaching itself to her senses.

Nayami’s ears soon rang with Hachibi’s curses of protest, another smirk surfacing along her lips, though her mouth was hidden along the softness of Kodomo’s neck. “Silly snake, I’ll give him want he wants soon enough.” Her mind was full of laughter as she knew so many things were happening around her, yet, she truly did seem oblivious to them.

It wasn’t till she heard the sweet voice of an innocent boy that finally caused the Arashikage to uncoil her arms from around her brother. A broad smile traced her lips as she tried to disguise her smirk for now. “It’s a pleasure to meet you Ishu, and don’t worry, I may be able to help you with your memory loss.” Holding out her hand she caught the bottom of his chin and gently lifted it so she could look into his eyes. Her icy cold gaze seemed to pierce into the little boy like daggers, her thumb calmly passing over his skin as she looked him over. “Sounds rather interesting…perhaps there’s an opening in my academy for someone like you.”

As she spoke the last part of her sentence the tone of her voice seemed to change ever so slightly, the corners of her mouth curling as she held no more resistance to her cold smirk.

Kodomo fell into the soft touch of her body, his eyes closed as his smiled ceased, she spoke things to him that made him feel at peace. He however felt the change in her voice, it scared him, it reminded him of the voice his father, their father had, it was not a very nice thing to be reminded of. The voice of the snake-like man also pierced the air, obviously there was jealousy, or in the least a bit of loathing on the snake's part. Kodomo didn't want to fight anymore, he wanted to just die happily living with his only relative, but it did not seem fate had this in store for him. So his eyes turned toward the snake, the man whom also was with him that he had been speaking to before, his eyes suddenly glowed dully as he watched them.

"Your friend does not like me...

He spoke as she uncoiled herself from him, he was not looking at her but instead gazing steadily at their forms off in the distance, watching both the snake and Hiro. If the snake would not accept him, then Kodomo would have to do what his father had taught him to do best, he would have to wipe the snake violently from the face of the Earth. He would not let a little testosterone ruin his reunion, no they would have to find out in the end after all what he was capable of. He didn't wish to hurt anyone anymore now that he had found his sibling, but it seemed that it could not be helped. He would have to however find out more about this man, this snake, before he went off trying to get rid of the thing that was trying to stand between him and his sister.

"We will meet again I'm sure..."

As he was acknowledged, he got the feeling for the first time that he was interupting something. Something that he probably shouldn't have been breaking up. Still...he had her attention now. After the weeks had passed, he finally had her attention. He was definitely reassured that she would be able to help with this memory, maybe then he'd have a real name.

As she caught his chin with her hand, he wasn't expecting it, as he looked up into her tundra eyes. Cold and icy, unlike any that he could really remember, but at the same time, he couldn't look away. He didn't know why, but he held the gaze with his own. He was trying not to tense up, but those eyes... they didn't make him easy, but at the same time, her gentle touch was soothing.

..."someone like you"

What did that mean? He couldn't help but notice the change in her voice, and it unnerved him more than a little. He wanted to know what she meant by it, but did he have any right to question the supreme authority in this village? He swallowed consciously, trying to clear his mouth and throat. "Thank you Nayami-sama" he wanted to bow, but he couldn't tear his eyes from hers.

From the watching shadows, Ishu's stalker silently cursed himself for hestating. If he'd not waited and made it to Ishu sooner, then this scene could be a lot more interesting...and red. Sighing quietly, he realized, how 20/20 hindsight was. He slipped back deeper into the alleyway to disappear. He wound his way through the back streets and alleys, learning the lay of the village as he made his way back to the cart where his female partner waited.

"We'll do it soon, and be on our way." he said almost casually as he passed her and found a seat behind the cart. Understanding completely, she nodded and turned back to the potential customers and continued to peddle their 'good luck' charms.

A light chuckle passed through Nayami’s lips as she continued to look into the little boys eyes, she could sense that he was unnerved by her comment but then again that’s exactly what she wanted to happen. Allowing the rest of her fingers to cup his chin her thumb gingerly passed over his lips. “You don’t have to thank me Ishu; it is my duty to assist my fellow shinobi in any way necessary.” The Arashikage spoke softly as she finally removed her touch from Ishu’s face, her back straightening as she now stood at full attention.

It didn’t take long for Nayami’s vivid orbs to fall upon her brother, she was still rather interested with him and much wished to talk to Kodomo. Another short laugh soon issued out from the Arashikage as she caught Kodomo’s comment. “He doesn’t like anyone, so don’t worry about it.” It was true; Hachibi was the eight tails and really took no interest in anyone except to the person he was contained inside of. “You should meet Kira before you go jumping down anyone’s throats, I wouldn’t judge his character on Hachibi.”

To be honest, Nayami didn’t feel like having much hatred between her comrades, she needed her shinobi to at least try to get along just in case a war did ever arise between the different villages.

47/50

The village was not as welcoming as one would have thought, it was quite bleak and fairly damaged, burned...in fact, it was quite different here. Although it had an inherently evil atmosphere because of the storm clouds above, perhaps the people here were not so evil.

Kai walked along the cobble path, people were talking here and there but he was alone, he had no one, no one at all. Perhaps there was an academy to enroll himself in of some kind, he would need to improve his abilities to attain his goal. His dream.

No...no one would deny him respect after that feat. He would become strong soon enough.

"Now...where do I go?" He wondered looking around before heading forwards a little more.

Kodomo turned back to his sister, he pondered what this meant, did the man have more then one person inside of that body? He wouldn't doubt it, he had heard of such things from his father in his father's lust for power however it had not been readily explained to him. He watched Nayami momentarily she reminded him much of a female version of their father, it troubled him but he could not let it get between them. His crimson eyes fell but only shortly upon the young boy before them, he gazed deep into the young boy, but before long he removed his eyes from him. He allowed his attention to drift once more back upon the girl whom was his sister, only older then him by three years, but so beautiful, so grown.

"I imagine...Nee-san...You have much to tell me, and you must have questions for me as well..."

He spoke to her unblinkingly, he didn't even feel the weight of the world being lifted from his shoulders as he was able to now offer to speak with her. He had dreamt of this day for such a long time, down in that dungeon all alone with no one but himself, he had suffered and nearly gone mad, but his father told him he had a sister. He spoke so much of her, it was the only time he seemed as though he where a good man, but it always faded in the end. The pain would start after he spoke of her, but those words, the thought of his sister was the only thing that kept him from going insane. Those thoughts held him together, they kept him whole and one, they kept him from turning into a mindless killing machine like his father wanted.

"Don't worry...I will not harm anyone here, I have no reason to now..."
