Shinji started runnning after the ambulance and was worried deeply.

Trent was rushed to the E.R and was in surgery for hours. He had spinal ingury, ribs were brokjen, one leg was broken and one of his arms. He had some back cuts and brusies and he had some hits to his head. The doctors wern't sure if it was going to cause memory loss or not yet.

Shinji was always been a good sprinter.
He caught up to the ambulance as the first responders took Trent to the E.R.
He followed Trent and the doctors and was deeply worried about his condition.

The doctors noticed shinji and turned to him. "Do you know the boy?"one asked.

"OK...does Trent have parents?" The doctor asked leading shinji to Trents room;.

"OK..well we need you to fill out these papers." The doctor said handing a bunch of papers to Shinji.. Then he proceeded to tell Shinji about trents condition.

Shinji nodded and quickly took the papers and filled it out quickly.

Hours later, Trent opened his eyes but barely. "S-Shinji..?" Trent asked in a whisper.

Shinji barged into the room while the doctors and nurses were pulling him out since the doctors wasn't giving him permission to enter Trent's room for him to rest.
He then pushed the doctors and nurses out and locked the door and walking up to Trent.
Ecstatic to see Trent conscious, he grabbed his hand and kissed it.

Trent smiled as he looked up at Shinji. "You should be nice." Trent whispered his eyes half glazed over.
