Yokoito sat down. He was really pretending to lower his guard.

Shinji stopped his breathing for a moment, as Karasu rushed forward at Yoko. Yet instead of trying a direct attack, it's mouth opened revealing a tube. The tube sprayed a mist of poison around Yoko, this however wasn't a fatal poison, it would simply relax shinji's muscles to the state where he would be rendered unable to move for a few minutes. Shinji believed this would be enough for him to win the fight without using lethal force. He wouldn't expect a taijutsu attack right now.

Yokoito hadn't expected the poison mist. He inhaled it and couldn't move because he was so relaxed.

Shinji disconnected the strings he used to control Karasu to conserve energy. He kept a cloth sheet over his mouth to filter out the poison, before a breeze blew it away. He walked up to Yokoito smirking,"Wheres that superior attitude now?" He taunted, locking eyes with his fellow gennin.

The poison dispersed as a gust of wind blew. Yokoito pretended not to notice.

Shinji took a step backwards, turning his back. "Well can't say anything, then I guess this match is mine." In that instant he dropped his guard as if he were waiting for Yokoito to make a move.

Yokoito took his time and encased his body in chakra and disappeared. He reappeared behind Shinji. Swiftly bringing his hand down in a chop he said, "Let's not assume. You'll make an a** out of you and me."

Shinji brought his arm up swiftly to block the chop, and held his block. "Your not fighting me for real, wheres that dog of yours." He requested, wanting a real battle. All the previous taunts an moves, they had been an act. He hadn't want Yoko to go easy on him, so he mimicked the personality of a smartass hoping to anger him. "Come on, I want to fight an inuzuka." He taunted even bolder than before.

Yokoito's eye twitched. "You know I had one reason to fight you. Because I was told but now I got a new reason, Kicking you a**! Beat let's go. Shikyaku no Jutsu - Four-Legged Technique!" Yokoito dropped down to all fours and his teeth and nails sharpened.

"Big Words." he muttered, reextending chakra strings from the tip of each finger. They connected with Karasu and life was returned to the puppet. He pulled back one hand, willing Karasu to move behind him. Shinji took a defensive stance, legs spread wide as he waited for Yokoito to make the first move.

"Tsuuga - Piercing Fang!" Yokoito said spinning around rapidly. He was 6 inches and closing on Shinji.

Shinji manipulated the chakra around his fingers to will the puppet in front of him. He rolled to the right hoping that the Yokoito would hit the puppet instead of him. If Yoko could change directions rapidly though, he would have the advantage. As shinji had only rolled a meter to the right, not a decent enough dodge.

Yokoito knew he moved and that was what he was hoping for. If he could manage to break the puppet then he could win the fight.

The puppet held under the force for a few moments, before buckling and shattering to pieces. Shinji could've still manipulated the various limbs of the puppet but he decided to give the win to Yokoito. He stood up and nodded in recognition of the shinobi,"Nice job."

Yokoito made a sigh and the Four-Legged Technique ended. he grabbed his hand and shook it. "You too... Sorry about your puppet." Yokoito said leaving. "You and I need to get to the citadel."
