((The kitties need a name for their species D: ))
"It was here! The dragon! It's scent is strongest right here!" Called over the golden-eyed male to the rest of the group. He pawed at the ground where the Dragon Knight had settled down and slept the night before- the smell was much stronger than it had been for any of the trail.
Holt rose onto two legs again, and jogged over to where the older male stood on four. He bent down so that his cream chest fur brushed the ground, and took in the scent. "I knew I was right!" He exclaimed as he got up. "I told you!"
"Yes, we already know you did, Holt. Everybody, let's get a move on! The trail is as fresh as today!" Snarled the male. "No time to walk on twos- we might be able to catch up if we're on four paws!"

( Gatogusta? Spianish, Cat like. I think anyway XD Gato is male singular cat and gusta is singular and means like. Though it's more like as in I like dogs.))))

"Don't worry Larissa you'll see him soon."Nariko said not really sure how long it would take for her to see him, but she wanted to comfort her friend non the less.

"I hope so," the fairy replied sadly, though she wasn't about to cry. "Right now, though, I just want to get out of this forest." Larissa had decided to take getting back to Zazan one step at a time, and the first step was to get to Parinene safely.

"I just want some raw meat,"Nariko said with a sigh."This is a forest right? Where are the animals?"she asked Larissa. Nariko was hungray after all she hadn't eaten since the slab of meat Mickey gave her. She needed to feed. Besides the group wouldn;t have to stop for her, her hearing and sense of smell would tell her where they went.

Hari glanced at the kitsune and the fairy briefly from the corner of his eye. The small thing seemed to be complaining about blood again though she seemed better than to attack someone else for it at the moment. "The animals here are very timid creatures and try to stay hidden," the man spoke, loud enough for the two girls lagging behind him to hear, "The only two animals you'll get a chance to see are the nags and the tabbir."
(Nags = small deer creatures)

She'd never heard those names before, even with all her reading and studying."I'd perfer not to eat any creature that's simliar to my own spiecies."the fix explained, if ethier of those animals looked like a fox, thewn she wouldn't touch them. It would be just as bad as feeding off a humaniod being in her case.

"I think I'll stick with the deer things,"Nariko replied. She didn't excatly feel up to drinking the blood of a creature that ate waste products, espically not nuclear."Don't worry I'll find you by scent and catch up quick."the fox said and stayed in that form as she jumped from Larissa's head. It would be easier to blend in with animals and not disturb them if she were in her animal form.

The scent was growing stronger and stronger to Holt's nose. The last smell he'd gotten of where the dragon had been was fresh from this morning, and now the strange scent seemed to be getting stronger. They were definately(sp?) on the right trail, and it couldn't be more then several or so miles away by now! It was a lucky thing that the dragon hadn't taken to the air, but it was strange why the smell was hard to find on the floor itself
Everybody else had realized the same thing about the dragon's location; the friendly talking had died down, and the fur on the back of everybody's neck had risen. This was a serious matter now... they were being led right back to the forest from which they came! What if the dragon had found its way past the thick of trees, and to the Clan's Camp? Without any warning, it could have easily made a surprise attack. Sure, there were plenty of Warriors and Hunters back at Camp, but there were also more than a dozen helpless females and children that could be picked off for easy meals. One dragon could be taken down- but not without losses. This had become a serious business, finding the monster and taking it down, or in the least scaring it away.
And exactly how many dragons were there? There was a heaver smell masking the scent of the dragon's, but also guiding a clear path to where it had traveled.
((I say that the Clan is made up of... 30 or so of the kitty-things?

"Hey, hun." Claw came up behind one of the girls whom he wasn't fimilliar with. Claw just couldn't stand talking to himself anymore- it was driving the angel boy insane. He felt the need to be able to hear the sound of his own voice then have somebody actually respond to it. At the moment, Mickey wasn't the best candidate; he was still pretty sure he was mad at him from earlier before. "I don't believe I caught your name." the words were to Kaida; she was the closest one to where he had been moments ago.
