Tanis opened his eyes to see a small cage. He was in a crouching position because there was no room for anything else to do. He wouldn't be able to spread his wings that were hidden inside his chain mill t-shirt. He smiled, they might have been able to remove the sword that he had carried, but they weren't able to remove his armor. He couldn't move his arms to make the advantage of it but he could do one thing. He tapped the golden bracer agents the cage bars to make a constant tapping sound, which would start to drive people crazy because of the high pitch.

It was that exact tapping that was keeping her sane.
Haruki paced eagerly around her small cage in her wolf form, the height still giving her problems because she was atleast 5ft. tall and the cage was a mere four. With her head hung low, she kept pacing, glancing out of the cage every so often. She was becoming accostomed to what happened in this place, and she hated it. She hated herself for growing immune to this place. How she wished she could get out of here, whether by escaping...or having an owner. She gnashed her teeth in aggravation.
How could she be thinking like this?! She was losing herself, melting behind these bars. This had to be worse then solitary confinement, atleast there you wouldn't have to hear the whines and sobs of other prisoners here.
She was becoming more anxious, having a worried expression upon her face as she continued her onslaught on the cage floor. This was going nowhere and she knew it all to well. She need to hear someone talk...no sobs or cries, just casual talking. You couldn't even hear outside this jail of a store.
She finally sat down, exhausted from walking back and forth for more then two hours with stress piling up everytime she turned. She did not whine, she did not whimper, she just sat quietly, watching with half open eyelids as people walked around the place. She was tired, not being able to even sleep in this cage for more then two weeks stright. The strain she had put on her muscles were still holding up, but it wouldn't be long before they would give out on her. She made a solid promise in her mind.
If she got out of here, she wouldn't give her 'owner' a hard time.

As Tanis kept tapping the bars of the cage with his golden bracer, he started to flex each of his muscals to prevent them from going sore and numb. He just wished he had enough room to spread his wings which were traped under his chain mill because the bars of the cage were so close. As he tapped the bars, he noticed that the bars started to bend a small amount. "A couple of hous should do it" he muttered as he now tapped harder.
Canis woke up to a type of tapping noise. It was too high picth to be metal agents metal. He opened his eyes and looked around. He seen cages and chins. "s**t" He swore as he looked around once again. They must have ambushed him while he asleep. He knew they would have tken his sword but he still had the crest. At least this would bring more shame to his elvish family. He thought as he sat on the cage thinking of a way to escape

The hard tapping never once got on her nerves, but something else did catch her attention. Hearing a curse off in another cage, her ears twitching towards the sound. She did not speak a word, merely looked, even though she made a soft growl.
She sniffed towards the sound, realizing it was of no threat right now. She hissed once more for a reply, to see if she could actually get a word or two out of the person.

He thought as he sat on the cage thinking of a way to escape Kerttua walked into the slave marketplace, her long scarlet hair falling gracefully in her face; covering her bright red eyes. She had not fed in a while and looked for a new challenge to satisfy her thirst. Her high heeled boots clicked loudly on the cold, hard floor as she passed the cages. She could sense the desperation in each slave that she passed by. They would be too easy and Kerttua was in no mood to deal with someone easy.
Some slaves quivered back into their cages, recognizing her from the descriptions they were told by other slaves. She was well known and feared. Stories of her torturous ways and the stealing of power made her infamous in the slave world. Kerttua smiled her beautifully deadly smile as she walked by her old cage, still empty like always. Most slaves were terrified to be in her old cell, afraid that she would come for them next.

He continued to bang at the cage bars with his bracers incressing the dent of the bars. Soon the bars would break. Canis sat cross legged on the floor and never opened his eyes but heard someone walk in and knew it was a master. he continued to form a escape plan in his head but started to mutter a spell thatwould come inhandy if this person were to stop infront of him. the crest pin of his elven family was in plane sight.

She crouched down in front of the cage, her sights immediately landing on the bracers that were being used to bang against the bars. She smiled her deadly smile and tapped lightly on the bars to get the creatures attention.

Slowly his muscals were flexing so they wouldent goto sleep. Now, if this master was more intrested in him, he might have a problem, but e would find it funny if she knew his old title, 'angel of death'.
