"The blood-traitor will never know of where the Prower Family's treasure is." He spat, glaring up at him. "No matter what manner of torture you put me through!"
"Hah!" The other one stepped back, the restraints fastened down. "We'll see if you feel the same way after you see dear little Theo!" He cackled as he reached over and pulled a chain from the shadows.
A red-gray fox fell out, blood slipping from several wounds on his body. Miles caught his breath, his eyes shaking. He could rescue Theodore now, but he didn't have his knife on him.
"Miles...I said...not to..." He winced, blood dripping from his head. "Not to come...didn't I?"
"I didn't have a choice." Miles replied in a flat voice. "I was betrayed by a girl who I thought was my friend. It seems that, even in space, I am not safe from the tyrany of the wars on Earth."
"What a...ugh...pity." He gave a weak smile. "You were....so...happy." The Echidna gave a harsh tug and he fell to hiis knees, coughing out more blood.
"Stop it! Why are you doing this?! What do you gain from this?!" He looked at the one questioning him. "Do you honestly think that Tyler's actually going to share his power with you!?"

Sonic nodded at Gerald's request and dashed off at full-speed, looking for Reia.
By the time he'd found her, he had no idea that Miles had been taken to the "blood-traitor," so he couldn't really give Reia that info.
"Reia! Aunt Reia, we've got big big trouble!" Sonic yelled out before he'd even reached her, but the corriders carried his voice to the point that it could be heard by probably a lot of scientists and researchers.
He screeched to a stop by the time he actually saw her, and he looked up at her urgently. "Daddy Miles' been kidnapped by Aunt Lillian! She was apparently a big bad guy, or somethin' like that! Anyhow, she kidnapped Daddy Miles, and we gotta go save 'im, and Daddy Gerald said to go find you, and--and--" He stopped for a quick breath. "You get what I'm saying, right?"

The guard grinned "Well...I think I know what needs to be done. We're not going to torture you anymore, miles. No need to worry." He turned around, kicking theo in the face "We're gonna torture HIM! Tell us where the treasure is or he'll get far worse!"

((Ouch! That was spot on, Lil! All of Shroduk and his men did similar things, and that really broke him. But the fact that someone he thought he could trust brought him into all this? OUCH! XD I'll say, he'll be in worse a shock han Zone made him in originally!))

((Nah, he won't be in a shock, 'cause this isn't Jay being tortured. He'll just be really cold if ever Lillian tries to come back.))
Miles watched them hurt his brother and shook his head. "No...you don't know what you're dealing with, Echidna." He growled, his soft blue eyes shifting to an amber color. His hands shook in his bonds and then he and the chair were ingulfed in a strange, black, feathery substance.
"Brother...Miles, no!" Theodore cried, wincing from the pain as he tried to get over there. "Don't become a Destroyer, it's what Tyler wants!"
The form pulsated, then vanished slowly to reveal Miles, his chains broken. His labcoat was slightly ripped and his eyes were shimmering an amber color as he glared at the Echidnas. "He's right. I'll spare your lives, but you must still be punished!"
He pulled out the twin-jewels and cried out something barely audible to the Echidnas, sending a harsh wind blowing throughout the tent. The chair flew into the wall, tearing it, while the Echidnas had to grab something sturdy just to keep from flying away.
"What in the heck!?" One of them cried, his voice hard to hear over the loud ruckus the wind was making. "You! What's going on!?"
"You have angered one of the House of Prower. And we have powers you mere mortals cannot comprehend." Theodore said calmly, unfazed by the wind.
"So, what? You're all high and mighty now!?" He asked, then fell to the floor when the cage flew over and hit both Echidnas. "Ow, damnit!"
He got up and tossed the cage aside to see both foxes fleeing the tent. "We gotta stop 'em!" He ran over to a radio. "Red alert, red alert! The Prowers are escaping! Repeat, the Prowers are escaping!"

Captain Westwood assembled his troops in front of the Colonel. "Ready and accounted for, sir! What are your orders?" Everyone was dressed properly, their uniforms pressed and primed and their armor was fastened on correctly. It's amazing what just one check-up did to these people.

Reia had to think a bit before she finally registered what he was saying. "Professor Miles, captured By Lillian?! We must hurry!" She caught his wrist and ran off to find the others. They had to go, and quickly!

Dion looked over teh troops. "I see I've already gotten into all of your heads. Ok people listen up. The ENTIRE station is being put into a total lockdown. Noone without my permission is to board the station or leave it. If anyone asks why, tell them nothing that will reveil what is going on. As for you all to know, Professer Prower has been taken by Professer Lillian. Somehow, I would't be surprised if there were and ARE more spys aboard the station. I want 3 of you to meet me in hte Launch bay. The rest, check EVERYTHING aboard this station for bugs, unknown files, anything that doesn't belong onboard. Confescate the items in question, and detain anyone who assaults you, and I will be checking up on the Security Feeds when I get back, so no roughing anyone up looking for a fight. Everyone have their orders?" Dion asked, looking at each of them in turn, once again feeling like a grunt about to go into battle. The knot in his gut was there, but over it, was teh flow of detirmination. Dion nodded, and put his helmet on, pointing to three of the security personel to follow him, as he was about to leave he turned to the rest. "Let's do this, and do it right. MOVE OUT!" Dion first said and then yelled, dashing out hte door towards the launch bay.

Everyone dashed off to their designated areas, hurrying to do as he ordered. The security personell dashed after him quickly, hurrying to keep up.
Why were furries so fast?
"Colonel!" A young female voice cried out as Reia ran over to the launch bay. "Are you going to rescue Professor Miles, sir?" She asked, almost out of breath from running to catch them. "Allow me to go with you! I am skilled with First Aid, should it be needed!"

Dion sighed. "Reia, not now. You can't leave the station, just like anyone else aboard this station. And what's wrong with you three? I guess some PT is in order!" Dion said, hardly beathing hard, due to his nearly constant running on Earth. Hince, he was faster then most people would be, but still not as fast as any Furry. "Hurry and get in!" Dion told them, pushing them towards the only Assualt Pod on ARK. It was still a prototype, and this would be the perfect way to test it. He returned his gaze to Reia, and sighed. "Listen, I understand you wanting to help, but I can't risk CIVILIAN casualties because of one of you wanting to help. I got sent here to make sure that didn't and DOESN'T happen. So if you can help me, and keep everyone calm as the station is locked down, that would be a big help." He said, before entering the pod himself, and closing hte hatch. He inputted the commands to follow the last shuttle's flight path, and strapped himself in. But jsut before it launched, the hatch opened, and Reia was right there, not seeming to want to take no for an answer.

"I will not leave. I want to go to him, and insure his safety." Reia said firmly, her gaze cold. "He is as important me as he is to you, from what I've heard. Even though there's still much of him I don't know, I still love him!" She cried this out, admitting to Sonic what he'd been teasing her about all day.

Echidnas piled in to stop the fleeing brothers, and Miles' power was starting to wane. Theodore winced as he ran with his brother, but still kept up okay.
They could only do that for so long, though. Soon enough, they'd been surrounded and knocked unconcious before they were dragged back to the main tent.

Dion sighed, and growled for her to strap in. Once she had done so, he unholstiered his pistol, and flipped it in his hand, holding the barrel, with teh grip towards her. "If you want to stick with us the entire time, so you can help Miles, then take the gun. If you don't, then don't take the gun, and be sure to STAY in the pod." Dion said, his face a like a stone wall. He wasn't going to stop her, but if she REALLY loved him, well, it wasn't going to be his fault for letting her run with them. They were trained to fight, and she wasn't. Simple as that.

She took the gun. "I do know self-defense. And I'm aware of how this gun works." She made sure the safety was on before she stuck it into her first-aid bag. "I will help him."

One of the echidnas caught miles and theo weak, pointing his rifle at them with a grin as he and another soldier walked over "Looks like your luck had run out, miles..." He began to squeeze the trigger...
"Aagggh!!"
Lillian quickly grabbed him from behind and stabbed through his back with a combat knife she had found, holding her pistol in her other hand and shooting the other in the head. She looked down at miles and theodore, extending a hand to help them up "Well? Do you want to get ze hell out of zis place or not!?"

Dion nodded, and preped his rifle, as did the rest of the team. A buzz sounded in the pod, and a voice stated simply: "1 minute from impact. Numorous possible hostiles detected. Only 2 subjects inside the facility show ARK indicaters. Order?" Dion smiled. "Clear just the landing point, leave any shuttles unharmed. Anything else in the LZ, ensure is either pulp, or shards of metal." Dion said, waiting for teh command to register. "Order ackknowledged and confirmed. 30 seconds to impact. Begining clearing orders." Suddenly, they heard a dull thumping and screaming outside. However, on the ground, it was as if hell was suddenly erupting from teh very ground near hte shuttle from ARK. Anything and anyONE in the 25 yard area, was turn to shreds. Then an massive colum of dirt erupted, and once cleared, revealed a slick bullet shaped object with protusions aiming towards the nose of the craft. The side of it poped off, and the 4 troopers jumped out, ensureing at least the door was secure.

Miles looked up at her and slapped her hand away. "What about your deal to Tyler?" He asked coldly, helping his brother up. "Are you going to betray him, and risk the safety of your town? You honestly think he won't leave someone in there?"
Theo reached up and took her hand. "Thank you. You ran a great risk helping us." He straightened up. "We must all flee, you as well. Tyler is wrathful." He looked at the gates. "We must run, and quickly."
