She was blank in expression. Then said, "Well, you're good-looking and you seem very sweet. Saro said you were just like her in ways and I think you are a cool person. What do you think of me?"

But, you haven't given him a chance to know anything else." she tried to explain, knowing it probably was only making things worse.

"Ask him, I'm going to cancel the date. It was a pity date, anyway." She stomped off and barged into Ikaran's room, cursing him badly. "I sware to God. If you ever, ever listen to my conversations again, I will personally rip of those damn angel wings. Don't even think about helping Fluffy over there either. Oh, I'm off duty, I can't get fired." She said, motioning across the hall.
