heya havent been online for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaages! *claps hand on forehead* lol, I watched the Reluctant Dragon last nite for first time, Damn I swear i have to work for disney sometime this lifetime!!!!!!! *cries* Twas so cool a movie whee sorry redface xd

*hugs guild* I missed haunting the guilds again.
The 'rents are building another room in the garage for other reasons, but I'm going to take full advantage of having the space and electronics to hook up DDR. Now I can dance all I want without fear of shaking the furniture in my own room.

scream and I'm reminded once again why I don't go to the writing forum EVER...because it's full of incompetent, semiliterate junior-high J.K. Rowling wannabes who think they're God's gift to literature and flame anyone with proper training.

I share your pain, Kit. (And thanks so much for stickin' up for me!) I'm thinking of putting up a little post of links to reading-recommended-by-myself in the thread. There really is some good stuff in there, but it takes a little digging around to find it.
Another awful subforum that I frequent a lot is the Comic Creators. As a longtime practitioner of the profession, I feel that it's my duty to offer know-how to beginners looking for help and advice, but it's mostly people showing off highly sub-par work and begging for ideas because they're too mindless to actually try thinking of something themself. And gads! Why does everyone have to call their work a "manga"?! "Manga" is not a style, it's a media, and it's not anything even remotely resembling an untranslateable word!
Er...Sorry. More venting. Heh.

Only one day of vacation left until classes begin again... crying I would say I could have DDR to look forward to when I get home, but I'm sure after such a long day I'll probably barely have enough strength to stand let alone dance. Good thing it's only two days a week, however.

Only one day of vacation left until classes begin again... crying I would say I could have DDR to look forward to when I get home, but I'm sure after such a long day I'll probably barely have enough strength to stand let alone dance. I can understand your reasons for venting, Kitoku-san and Jojo-san. While there are a lot of junior talents out there who think there work isn't good enough, while it's actually really amazing, there are also a lot of people who overrate their writing capacities or drawing skills. It's a shame, really. I've never really checked those forums out, but now I think it wouldn't mind to take a look.
