Astara smiled and nodded at Reika before heading downstairs and outside. It was really quiet and she could hear the noise from the town square.
"Looks like it really is empty," she commented looking up and down the empty street.

After she heard what Nick said, Aji turned to face her. "Oh, I don't need to get anything. I have enough supplies. I'm going to stay here and wait for our orders."

"Yeah. This carnival thing is that entertaining? There could be a bloody massacre going on and no one would notice." Reika was a bit worried. What if that Haku person came back? She knew that for the most, Nick could take care fo herself, but she couldn't help it. She continued to wander down the streets, following Astara.

"Well they rarely get to see any travelling circus. I believe they would like to see a bit of bloodshed every now and again in this peaceful village... I think the name of the circus is Fates Way" she remembered glancing at the painted wall of one cart.
"I have seen them before," she said in realisation, a look of mild shock came to her face before disappearing.
"Dear me..." she muttered out aloud and knocked on the door of a shop.
Closed was the sign that read.

"Oh? Was the show entertaining?" Reika waited for an answer as Astara checked a shop. "Great. Just what we need. I think everyone went to see the show. Since we're out here, why don't we?"

Astara shuddered, "Entertaining? ... I guess, you could say that... I guess, we should go see, there may be some stalls set up there."
Astara walked to the town centre, it was filled, though the circus had moved to the area for dueling, a street off from the centre. It was loud and it hurt her ears and focused her hearing.
"Hmm, through the crowd," she said and looked for a way around the mass.

Reika thought about turning around; she'd never been a fan of crowds and this one only reminded her why. "Can we take a side street around?"

Astara looked behind as Reika spoke, "Yes, though I would believe it would be crowded there as well. Do you mind climbing up houses?"

"Not at all. I had to follow you jumping trees. Now that I would mind doing again," Reika said, smiling as she shifted her weight from foot to foot.

"Okie dokie, just asking", she said with a smile as she turned back to the man sitting in front of her. She stared at him for a bit before giving a yawn and laying down on her back, "I wish they would hurry up. Not to sound like a pest or anything, but I'm hungry". And sidetracked, she thought to herself. She was starting to wonder if she cared about finding her destination anymore. Of course, she had to care. But at the moment, she found the current situation more important. Had Haru already found what she was looking for? Doubt it. She would feel it upon the wind if he was getting stronger, but she felt nothing. If anything he's wondering around like a chicken with its head cut off , she continued to think, smiling at the visual.

"Okay then, let's go," she said enthusiastically at the thought of climbing again. She pulled her hands out with claws strapped on and clambered up swiftly like a tree lizard and swung herself up the roof expertly before looking back down to see if Reika was okay.

Reika jumped up, grabbing the drainage pipe and hoisting herself up onto the roof. She looked out over the village. "Okay, there are no shops open. I can see that now. The best way to get close would be over there," she pointed to a cluster of tents near the wall.

Aji watched Nick as she layed back on the bed. Then, she let out a yawn. "The food should be here soon. Hopefully, Reika and Astara will be back by then."

Tents... Astara remembered those worn brightly coloured tents. Her eyes widened as she looked down upon them. She looked around the roof, seeing if there were any other roofs in which they could climb upon. There were none as the building was a corner building.
"Why?..." she muttered, shrinking back from the roof.
"Well I guess there is no harm," she said subdued and looked over the roof for supports to climb down.

Reika tilted her head to the side, studying Astara's varied reations to the scenery. "You know, we can always go back. I was just being curious, and we were out here originally for supplies, but now that we know no shops are open, our mission's over," she said as she sat down on the roof.
