Justin took the paper and smiled, watching Lil as she walked off. she seemed really nice. he then kept walking off to Dexter's Lab. he was curious as to why Dexter wanted to meet him. plus, he was kinda hoping that Dex would give him new weapons, or new powers, or something.

Justin reached Dexter's house, then went inside, going through the secret bookcase entrance into the lab. he then walked up to Dexter and asked, "what's up, Dex?"
Dexter sighed, keeping a serious face. "Justin, I have to tell you something about your powers. when I spliced you, you left before I could tell you, and this is the first time in three years that we've talked. you see, I've run some sims on the computer ever since I spliced you, and I've made a startling discovery. plus, I also found this out when you pushed it too far during training and testing. you weren't really yourself at the time." he said.
Justin was confused. "what's that supposed to mean?" he asked.
Dexter then told him, "well, it seems that when you push yourself beyond your limits, or if your life is in jeopardy, your powers increase to stunning levels, but you have a risk of slowly losing your mind whenever you enter this state. also, in this state, your eyes turn glowing green, you look like you're on steroids, and your hair grows past your a**."
Justin was shocked, and pretty scared of losing his mind. but, the hair thing seemed cool. "is that all?" he asked.
Dexter shook his head. "no. I also wanted to say I'm sorry for not telling you this before splicing you. if I had, I wouldn't have put you at risk like this." he said sadly.
Justin calmed down, smiled, and playfully punched Dexter's arm. "don't worry, Wiz Kid. I'll be fine. besides, it's not your fault. I CHOSE to be spliced, and forced you to do it, remember?" he said. he then started to leave, saying, "if there's nothing else, I'm gonna go." he then left the lab, walking into the moonlight once again.

She turned to Phil "I met this guy Justin!!!He is so sweet!!!!"

Justin walked along, staring at the moon yet again. he looked at the address that Lil gave him, and smiled. maybe he should visit her some time, and maybe see if her friends the Rats would welcome him as a friend. he liked making friends, and the Rats, save one, didn't seem bad at all.

"Of course," Blossom said with a smile, sneaking a side-long glance at her sister's strained faces. "I wouldn't want it any other way."
She smiled openly, her arm snaking around Buttercup's waist in an attempt to help her coral her anger. She looked at the Professor, who was smiling and seemingly chatting with Angel across the table.
"So, what school do you go to?" He asked, but Blossom tuned him out to focus on the real show.

Buttercup felt Blossom's arms coil around her waist and she calmed down a bit, then listened to Drew's question. "Um, we don't go to school anywhere yet. We've only moved here this morning."

Justin yawned and decided to walk back home. he needed rest, should he somehow get hired tomorrow. he made it back to his house, walked to his bedroom, and dropped on the bed, quickly dozing off.

(hope you guys don't mind, but I'm adding some action.)
suddenly, a massive tremor, and a blood curdling roar shook the ground, waking Justin up. yet, this somehow made him SMILE. "finally! something to give me a workout!" he said happily, grabbing his large excavation drill off the wall and sliding it onto his arm like a glove. he then ran outside, only to face a giant crab like monster, bearing its claws for combat. Justin smirked, and avoided a swipe from its claws, then drilled through one of its legs, tearing it off. he then took the severed leg and threw it at the crab like a spear, impaling it, and forcing it to fall down in agony. to end the rampage, and the monster's suffering, Justin revved up his drill again, and quickly drilled through the shell, killing the beast. he pulled the drill out, shut it off, and then declared, "I still got it!"

Hearing the screaming of a large rampid monster gave Buttercup a bloodrush. It was like music to her ears. Her eye widened and she started to shake, wanting to blast out of there like she and her sisters usually did when they got a call from the mayor to go defeat the monster, which was practically every day. Out of force of habit, Buttercup's head quickly turned to the Pickles' house phone and waited for it to ring, but forgot; they weren't in Townsville anymore. By the time Buttercup turned her head and lowered it in sadness, the screaming had been hushed and all was well in the town. For the first time, Buttercup wished it hadn't been.

Justin stood over the body of the fallen monster, then actually bit into one of the crab's legs. "hm.....not bad. needs some sauce or butter, though." he said, continuing to eat the massive thing.

Dexter was watching Justin kill the large crab monster, then eat the poor thing like a savage. "remind me to stay clear of his drill, computer." he said. the computer simply said, "yes, Dexter." Dexter actually got sick when he saw Justin eat the monster's eyes. "I swear, that guy has problems. this is part of why I regret splicing him." he said. Justin was still a good guy, but sometimes, he can get REALLY weird.

Blossom heard the yells. She turned and looked at her father, who just barely shook his head at her. She too turned to stare at the phone, waiting for the familiar ring that would bring them into action. But, after a moment it was gone.
"Professor," She murmured, "I think we need to go." Blossom gestured at her siblings, but her father simply shook his head again.
