I'm thinking of maybe a member (preferably cosplayed from nabari) hides somewhere in towns or zOMG & who ever finds them gets a prize.
Also, there could be hints given on the front page of the guild occasionaly

@ Yoite: You got a bit of a point there, but everytime it looks like no ones going to get it, you could just make the hint/riddle easier & easier.
That way the avi dosn't have to remain online 24/7
