 She was quiet for a moment, lifting the gun up to look at it again. This was an advantage, she knew it. "Doc--I mean--M-MK would know what to do with this," She found herself saying out loud. True that she had no warm feelings toward him, but she knew there was a way to use this, and throwing it away would be foolish. If Cruix got her hands on it again it'd only make things harder anyway. Absently, she turned and started walking.

Goosie glanced over her shoulder as Koth disappeared, then sighed inwardly and looked ahead again. Ignoring Evijan's shout, she held out her free hand and summoned a portal to the 7th level, hoping to find Doctor MK around his office.

Goosie ducked into the portal, it snapping shut right behind her.

The other side of the portal opened inside the DRK realm, which sealed itself up when Evijan walked through. She still held the gun, and made her way over to the hole in the ground that Sam had created.
She kept tense, almost certain that Goosie would make one last-ditch attempt to reclaim the gun before it was destroyed.

 A portal formed and Goosie stumbled tiredly out of it, immediately spotting Evijan and calling to her "D-don't...that could be our t-ticket to saving Sam..."

'No, sticking one of these bullets through her head could be the ticket to saving her. She's. Beyond. Saving.'
She came to a stop before the hole, holding the gun out above it.
'The damn thing shot me, and nearly shot you. And you still think it's a good idea to save it? ******** hell.'
With that, she released her grasp, and let it fall.

She'd taken a few steps forward as Evijan reached the hole, trying to reason with her "W-we d-don't even know where that hole goes!" It did no good, Goosie's heart sank as she watched the gun disappear into the blackness below. It was like watching her friend's chance to be normal again vanish...maybe even her own. She narrowed her eyes, lifting her gaze to Evijan and scowling. "You don't destroy something just because you fear it, t-that's exactly why people t-treat you--u-us--so different." She stammered darkly.

'I don't fear it. But in a fight against Cruix, it'd seriously hinder us if it went off and hit one of us by mistake. She'd get the upper hand. Which, I'd like to remind you, she doesn't need, considering she seems to be able to use the NRGY of the realm against us. But, I'm repeating what's already said; it didn't sink it before, and it's not likely to sink in now.'
Opening another portal, Evijan skulked off, leaving Goosie alone in the DRK Realm.

She bowed her head, listening to Evijan's final retort in silence. She felt the dragon girl leave and then sighed. She'd helped get one of her kin hurt, and that didn't feel good at all...not to mention now both of them were probably going to be in even fouler moods with her. Walking over to the hole, Goosie stopped at the edge and stared. It really did seem to go on forever...she could still remember the conversation with Sam months earlier when it had first been formed by that weird thing she'd made out of DRKNRGY. Sighing again, she closed her eyes as the DRK mist swirled around her. Had she made a mistake by coming back? This hadn't been what she'd wanted to do. Her goal had always been to save her friend, not condemn her to death...and if she were to win, well, it condemned all of them to death...opening her eyes again, she stared down into that endless pit. She still believed what she'd said, and the gun wasn't the only thing they were determined to destroy out of fear. Well, wherever that revolver was now, it was probably gone forever...Goosie settled down by the hole, first sitting in thought for a while as her aches and pains began to heal, then eventually laying on her back, closing her eyes and getting some much-needed rest after the day's events.

Goosie stirred, rolling over with a small tired groan, her arm absently draped over the hole in the realm. Seeming to have reverted back to her normal form during rest, she slowly opened her eyes and was met with the all-too familiar DRK mists swirling overhead. Pushing herself up onto her feet, she decided to find her backpack and change outfits. Then she desperately needed to eat, having gone far too long without sustenance. Her worries about how Koth and Evijan would treat her the next time they met pushed to the back of her mind, she started away from the hole and wandered into the mist.

 A DRK portal opened up and Goosie walked out, looking strangely light on her feet and with a dreamy expression. As the portal closed behind her, she finally broke into a string of giggles and bounced on her heels. After reassuring herself with a quiet "Okayokayokayshutup~", she practically skipped into the mist, the biggest smile she could manage on her face.
