(well, the holy gauntlet is an item, but you can't just automatically know where it is. Your character has to have a reason for knowing where it is, like researching its location or something.)

Eldrich looked with disgust at Valin, how easily he was weakened. Yet still, he was feeling weak himself, almost tired, the glow in his eyes was gone. He chose to waste no more time here. He hurried after Debrah, still on foot, for some reason, he still did not feel confident revealing his divine lineage in front of these people. He went off in the direction Mizar was.

Veslore struggled to keep up with the people infront of him. He decided it was useless to try to blend in at this time. He was too unnoticable as it was. He began to grow tired and lethargic. He started to slow down behind the one called Eldrich.

Jet shook his head.
"No that wouldn't be crazy. Now, what do you want me to promise you?"
This occurance, a woman in his arms, was so rare for Jet, the he held each instant close to his heart. He loved the feel of Asmoday in his arms and held close. This was something he could get used to and enjoy even more if he wasn't in these damned ruins.

((F.Y.I. me and down talked about the gauntlet thing and either The_Kid or Hypr are going to play the creatures that will be gaurding the gauntlet.))

Jet bent his head down and softly kissed Asmoday on the lips.
"I promise I'll come back. I've got something worth living for now and I intend to keep it. You make me want to live again, Asmoday. I'll love you more for that than almost anything else."

Jet's smile fadded slighly as Asmoday began to cry. He placed the palms of his hands on either side of Asmoday's face and wiped away the tears as best as he could with his thumbs.
"Babe. What's wrong?"
Jet's eyes coveyed nothing but caring.

Jet returned the kiss and added one of his own.
"I love you too. Well, at least it's tears of joy. Imagine the story we'll tell now. 'Our first time saying 'I love you' was in the ruins beyond the city of Ry while the ruins sucked power from us, our friends were heading to combat, and I, Jet, was searching for an item.' What a reaction that'd bring."

Jet shrugged and his smile returned to its fullness.
"Works for me."
Jet looked into Asmoday's eyes for the few minutes that both of them were quiet, just enjoying each others' company. Then he looked in the direction of the force that seemed to be pushing at his soul.
"Your friends will need you in this fight. Be sure not to die. I......I need you. Already, if something was to happen to you I don't know what I'd do. Be sure to come back to me in one piece. A scrape, cut, or broken bone can be healed, but not a taken life. I'll be there as soon as I can. Don't look for me, just focus on the fight. You'll know once I'm there. You'll feel it right here."
Jet poked slightly above Asmoday's left brest, indicating her heart.

((sorry about that last line, but that's the best way to describe it so that it doesn't look like Jet's copin' a feel. XD.))

Jet smiled and gave Asmoday a deep, pasionate kiss on the lips (whit a lil' tounge. XD) and gave her a final, slightly harder hug.
"We better get what we need done done. Be safe. If you die, I'll kill you somehow. I know you'd do the same to me. I love you and I'll see you later Babe."
After another quick squeeze, Jet regretfully let go of Asmoday and started to walk in the direction of the force.
"Later we'll meet in my room and 'talk' some more."
Jet smirked at the thought that Asmoday was probably blushing at Jet's sentence. One needed to smile and laugh.
