She hated her acting this way and got sort of annoyed but said nothing else. He sat down the empty bowl and threw himself over the ship and took off into the air.

It wasn't that she didn't want to let him go, it is that, a certain person was watching, a certain lover she had in the in the past. He had just arrived and she didn't want to be left alone with him, so she called out to Wes, so wanting him to come back even though she wanted to let him go too, "Wes! Come back!" She didn't get a say in another word then the massive ship pulled in front of hers and the captain, her ex-lover, came on to deck.

Wes heard the faint cry and then turned around in the air, floating majestically when the moonlight caught his wings. He saw the ship and Alyssa again and sighed, not knowing the height of the sitution but slowly coming back.
