The music they play is pretty much a mockery of everything.
After 12 does more rock songs, somewhat akin to Tenacious D, but slightly more off kilter.
The Savages do the gutteral screaming viking mock, with lyrics about being happy with everything.
Vulva Culpa is like putting noise into a blender, putting the blender into a cannon, and firing it at a wall, then picking up the pieces with a rusty chainsaw... and having it somehow come out as music. Seriously, sometimes it really scares me. But it's good.
So really, they do it all for the love of noise and music, not to ever dream of being famous... and somehow come out sounding more catchy and meaningful than an actually signed band. Hence: mockrock. 3nodding
