http://blog.wired.com/underwire/2008/03/anti-emo-riots.html Probably Mexico's most elaborate plan yet to sneak people into the states.

That seems a little narrow minded, don't you think?

Just to verify which hopefully someone already has in this thread, but emo stands for emotive hardcore, it is not a type of person. Also emo music does not consist of such bands as my chemical romance, the used, chiodos, or whatever all that is all separate genres, emo is things like cap n' Jazz, American Football, angernon cadwalder, etc. look up a band like those if you want to fully understand what emo is. Then there is screamo, Screamo is pretty much like emo but with more screaming.

We'v emore or less gone over the different real emo bands like Mohinder and several others in the past few pages. Though several will contend against it with lack of proof aside from recent band names that have been deemed "emotional" for emo. But I have come to the conclusion that it's not important enough for me to continue to "fight" my view into someone who isn't going to take the information as fact. Plus in the long run, most of the people that you say that to won't ever look outside of there views for the least bit of a moment to really take the rest of the world into there ears, so is it really worthy of anyone's time to inform them of what emo really is?
