Reika laughed behind her, giving her a soft, playful push before coming in behind her and sobering up. She noticed the menu sitting out. "Sweet, food! I was getting hungry." Picking it up, she rifled through it.

Losing the battle, Nick couldn't help but to laugh when Reika pushed her. She then watched as she picked up the menu, "Toss it this way when you get done". Remembering that they had company, she looked at the man who was still seated on the floor, "What about him?", she asked as she sat down in front of him.

Reika looked up from the menu to him. She then looked around at the others. She sighed, "Fine." She got back down on the floor and ripped off the tape with a warning glance. "What do you want to eat?"
He smiled. "Thank you. I would like a bowl of broth please."
Reika was a bit surprised. She knew she had silently warned him not to order anything expensive, but this was weird. Raising an eyebrow, she re-taped his mouth and went back to reading the menu.

Astara took out a few more coins from her stash.
"I'll pay, I would like my bag to be slightly lighter," she said as she calculated the price.

"Well, if you insist. I'll have some of the stew. What about you guys?" Reika asked as she handed Nick the menu.

"I already decided on what I wanted. After you all figure out what you want to eat, I'll call room service."

"Alright, what about you, Astara? Do you know what you want to eat?" Reika asked as she stood and sat on the bed beside Aji.

Nick took the menu from Reika and started to look over it as the others decided on what they wanted to eat. After she had to come to a conclusion, she closed it and placed it on the ground beside her as she spoke, "I'll have the meat and veggie plate". She then looked to Astara, "Thanks for paying. Although I wouldn't complain too much. A heavy bag is better than an extremely light one". She gave a small laugh before looking around at everyone, "Are we all clear or does anyone need this still?", she asked as she held up the menu.

"Yes I do, I have told Aji,"she said in response to Reika's question. She smiled at Nick's comment, "I am used to the weight, though I have to say those coins are quite heavy. After we eat what should we do? I would like to go out and buy some supplies, though the travelling circus would probably stay for the day and entertain the whole village, so I probably won't be able to do that."

"I came here originally to find supplies, like a compass, but the bit of rest I had did me good. Nick says we should find out what the deal is with him," Reika jerked her thumb at the man, "and it's not like I can really argue with her, since I'm following her."

Aji picked up the phone, called room service and gave everybody's order. When she was done, she hung up. "Our food will be here in 20 minutes. As for finding out what this guy's story is, I think that's a good idea. After we eat, of course."

"I wouldn't be able to process it until I ate anyway." Reika laid back on the bed and closed her eyes. She was exhausted and a tiny nap would do her good.

Twenty minutes would be enough to run around the village or go down to the village square and find out what is happening Astara thought.
"Would any of you mind if Hawk and I go run down to the village centre and see what is happening?" she asked, getting up and placing the coins on the table.

Nick looked around the room as she listened to everyone. She grinned and giggled to herself when Reika said that she was following her. Though, she would keep the comment to herself this time. As Astara stood up, she shook her head and replied, "Go ahead. We'll be here". She then turned to look at Reika, "You may as well go with her before you forget again and we end up leaving without a compass. I'll stay and sit with Aji....unless she has something to do as well?", she then turned to look at Aji with a questioning face.

Reika frowned a bit. She really didn't want to go out into the hot sun right after a bath, but she saw Nick's point. "Well, let's go." She smiled at Astara and got up, ready to go.
