Dreameyes swiftly jumped to the side before lunging forward. Sinking his teeth into the Fox's side. He could taste its blood as his fangs dug deeper into its skin.

The fox yowled in pain and anger. It ripped itself out of Dreameyes' teeth, only to stare for a minute at the warrior. It suddenly turned and struck at Solarstar, slashing the leader's forehead and ear, then lunged for Solarstar's throat. The leader growled and slashed back at the fox. She stood on her back legs and swiped, catching it's eyes and nose. As the fox backed up, Solarstar collapsed to her side in the pain of her back leg, blood flowing from her torn ear and slash on her forehead. The fox looked at the vulnerable leader and growled, thinking only about the orange cat as it's next meal.

Dreameyes yawoled loudly before tackling the fox away from Solarstar and lept on to its back. Growling he sank his fangs into its neck.

The fox yowled in pain and rolled, trying to crush Dreameyes underneath it.
Solarstar panted heavily and barely kept her eyes open to see the fight. She couldn't stand, let alone fight herself. What she was fighting for was her life as it seemed to slip through her paws like sand. Please Starclan... I... I don't care if I lose my life anymore... Just protect Dreameyes... Solarstar prayed. "Dreameyes..." she whispered with her last breath before closing her eyes as her breathing stopped for the moment.
((I thought it would be epic... sweatdrop plus, this is the first life she lost, so she still has eight))

Tawney stopped when she heard Wolfkit, memories of her mom came back, that only made her run faster, she wasent going to loose solarstar to! She came up and hid in a bush the moment she saw the fox. It was so, big! Bigger than her! She saw it attack dream eyes and solarstar on teh ground, just like her mom was. She burst out crying, thinking now Solarstar was gone to.

Wolfkit ran up behind Tawny. "What can we do..." he meowed worried.
Silverhawk while running passed the two kits and saw the fox, Solarstar, and Dreameyes.

Dreameyes gasped before drawing his claws across the foxs flank. "Solarstar hang on!!" He cried out as he tried to get away from underneath the fox.

Solarstar laid still, not breathing.
The fox rolled onto it's feet again and stared down at Dreameyes, ready to strike again. It's claws lashed out at Dreameyes' throat.

Dreameyes yowled as he jumped back quickly. "Why won't it just die!" He yowled before getting on his hind feet and slashing at his eyes.

The fox yowled in pain as it's eyes were slashed. The wound blinded the fox and it backed off. It crept away, crossing the Thunderclan border into unknown territory.

Dreameyes huffed as he tried to catch his breath. He then went to check on Solarstar. "Come on Solarstar...wake up...please." He said nudging her gently.

After seeing the fox gone Tawney ran up to the leader beside Dreameyes, balling. She snuggled up next to Dreameyes, "Please dont be gone!" She mewled quietly.
