Tortured to death by death eaters
WIW: A lifetime sentence in Azkaban with dementors everywhere or being tortured everyday of your life by death eaters?

Death Eaters? Because I assume they will be done with after the seventh book. Only a bit longer! Oh, and Harry can't die! He has to kill Voldy, and neither can live while the other survives junk? Also, in an interveiw, JK confirmed that he wasn't going to die. 3nodding
WIB: Accio or Sectusempra? (Forgive me if I spelt that wrong or got the completly wrong spell. I mean the one which makes Draco bleed a lot.)

Well I wouldn't wanna lose points for stepping on Snapes toes.. so I'd have to say dancing with Snape.
WIW: Umbridge taking over the Ministry, or just Hogwarts. (Think about it...)

I'd say Extermination is worst, at least if Voldy takes over, there could be a way of stopping him.
WIW: Voldy killing your parents, or him using the Crucio to make them mad to the point where they remember nothing.

Mad to the point of which they remember nothing...it's better to die with your mind intact than to live as an empty shell.
WIW: A life sentence in Azkaban with dementors constantly surrounding you or having someone use the Crucio curse on you once every day for the rest of your life?

Hm.. I guess I might be able to endure the Crucio curse everyday.. so I'd say Life sentence in Azkaban is worst.
WIW: Dementors secretly working for Voldy without the Ministy knowing while also working with them in Azkaban, or them just going off with Voldy and breeding?

Them working with both the Ministry and Voldemort...only because they can free the prisoners in Azkaban

hm...Well I could say the dementor would be better, cuz ya know.. you could just use the Patronus... so being killed by a death eater is worst..ish
WIB: Going through your NEWT's, long and hard. Or being excused from them because a long lost relative whom you barely knew died due to a death eater.

Not becoming a wizard, but teaching at hogwarts..that would make me so miserable knowing that even a first year is better than me.
