Aki and Kia, both squeeky clean, walked into the lunch room and took a place in line. Aki smiled at the servors and ordered herself food and the ladys gave her Kia's food as well. She thanked them with a smile and bow of her head and turned, looking for an empty table. Seeing one near the back she started to head towards it.

Touya saw the new comer and her dog approaching in. And having a good mood like he had right now he waved a hand to catch her attention and shouted, "HEY!!! Here! You and your dog could join in! The more the merrier!"

"Hm?" Aki and Kia turned their heads in unison, looking over to the growing table. "What?" She asked in disbelief as Kia tugged her uniform and dragged her over to the table.
Aki thumped into a seat across from the others. "Hi..." She said with nervous smile.

"Aki." She told the friendly group with a nod. "Kia" She pointed to the large golden retreiver that had placed her large head on the bench beside the two girls, begging.
"Kia~" Aki muttered, embarassed. She shook her head. "Sorry."

Touya looked at the retriever and then to the shy girl that came, "Aki... Kia... oh, well - it's really not too confusing to remember though.", he nodded.
Looking out and catching Silver in view he began to ask how she fared off, "Hey, Silver... how'd it gone after they took you back here - what happened at your M-4?"

"Totalled." She replied, wincing. Not something she wanted to talk about, but she'd be 'spaced into a little crimson firework before she said as much. She wasn't sure of herself with peoples lives hinged on what she said, but when it was just her and her own business, she was as solid as a specially engineered rock-like substance that was steadier than diamond.
"They sent me to the infirmiry, then sent a psychologist. Then sent me on errands for the incoming injured. Then I ran away to the baths before I got lasso-ed into working through dinner."

"Totalled?" Aki raised her eyebrows as she buttered her roll. "Damn... what happened to you?" She asked, biting into her roll and throwing a small peice to Kia so she would get her head off the bench.

"Whoa- ", Touya glanced back while reaching for his drinks, "... that's a pretty excuse for being injured... heh... having to work at different departments."
He continued his drink and after a large gulp went on with the conversation, "... that only means you're a very versatile person."

Silver made a face. "My PET froze. If Mr. Oh-so-sure-of-himself over there hadn't sperated my cockpit I'd be a dead little crow."
"You're so optimistic," Elian jibed, elbowing the cadet who glared.
"And you have to many up-beat ideas to fit in your tiny little skull," She retorted. The other girl grinned broadly.
"Of course. So how many people puked on you?"
"None--I got out of the way fast enough. After all, I learned my lesson the last time you got sick in Flight."
Elian blanched. "No fair!"

"Hey! hey... stop bickering!", Touya shook them off with a louder voice.
He followed on with a sigh, then looked up on the others, who seem to be also stopped at their feet. "It's bad to fight over in front of food."

They chorused in total synchrony. Kinda eerie, that.
"And the food won't mind. Unless it has a mind, at which point you shouldn't be eating it." Silver said with a nod of sureity.
"So who was it that tore down the wall in the bath-house? Eric, I suppose?"
"Nah, he learned after Maxine... explained things to him." One could easily imagine what form those explanations had taken, all ideas resulting in a knuckle sandwich. "I'd bet it was Michael McAret. I heard he was planning something, anyway."

Touya continued his lunch - or dinner - or whatever, there was no sun to judge what meal he was eating. But it was sure better than the nutrition pill he was always given at the cradle. And in that thought he lay again one large bite over the poor pasta.
He kept an ear though, at the two girls gossiping at the bath house incident.
