The old one has been dissolved, but it's been reformed anew.

I basically said that I would not be a part of the C&TPD, and that it was not to return in it's current form. After some deliberation, I decided to let others use it's name.

Feel free then Ryuke to come by someday and share any opinions on the new one that you feel fit, its practically been entirely re-constructed except for the base rules of the original C&T PD, wouldn't mind some opinions on it, especially from staff.
