You can go to your profile and click "edit profile" there is a box at the bottom for your signature.

Do you mean the picture? You just put use the IMG tags and put the url of the pic between them. Hit submit and it should show up on your posts.

Well, you can pay to have a server to put them on the internet, but It easier and cheaper to use a free hosting site like photobucket.com.
They even give you the url and the tags you need to post your pic somewhere.

Me too. It might also be a good idea for you to read an html guide. Html code is the code that makes up everything on the internet. Reading a guide would help you understand a little more how it all works, and how you can change it to get a desired effect.

Minnesota. You can probably read one online, try looking up 'html graphic guide' on google or something.
