Shion walked over smiling, she took a seat infront of Kruitz, looking at the waitress.
"Milk.." She said calmly.
The waitress eyed Shion noticing the pair of horns on her head, freezsing for a sec to scare.
"Shoo" Shion said, serious at the waitress
The waitress ran away to get Shions drink.
Shii looked at Kruitz and Smiled
"Oh.. by the way.. My name is Shion.. yours?"

(( Q_Q Im sorry Toshi~ We started talking and then desided to RP, atm its raining super hard out, Shion went into town for a walk, wondered off like usual, and bumped into a human who DOESNT LIKE MY AGE *cries* xD And now we is wet in an empty Diner ordering stuff.. fufufu ))

"That's a nice name....pure in a way." He said as he brought his mug to his lips. Kruitz sipped his coffee as her question finally got to his ears. He put the mug down and said, "Kruitz Fritzen, Inspector Kruitz Fritzen...Nice to meet you." He then started to add quite a bit o sugar and a tiny bit of cream. Kruitz then drank a bit more of the coffee and sighed.((Wha?

Kruitz nodded as if to say thank you as the waitress came around to ask what they wanted to eat. Kruitz ordered nothing due to him eating earlier and drank some more coffee.

Shion nodded slightly, her cheeryness was lowered.
"I remembered something.. Why I didnt like going out so much.." Shion eyed the waitress who was stills taring at her horns.
"Pie please.. Chocolate~" Shion said in a half cutesy voice.
The waitress noded, backing away slowly to go get the food.
"Humans are so rude sometimes.."

"Well when you cosplay in public, you'll get stared at." He replied as the waitress refilled his coffee before leaving. Kruitz then thought he heard Shion say something as he said, ''Hmm? What was that?" He drank from his neverending cup, thinking nothing of it at the time.

Shion glanced at the food that was brought to her, the waitress rushed away this time, not staring
"I remembered.. I always wore Ribbons, and hats.."
Shion sighed, sipping her drink, and nibbling on her food.
"Cosplay.. You havent heard much around here.. The things some know.."

"Hmm? What do you mean by that?" He asked her as he lowered his mug down. Slowly he remembered the cover-ups and secrets at the department. He started to guess that she meant something along the lines of that. His rusted eyes looked at her horns again as he started to get the idea that the horns were real.

"It doesnt matter now.."
Shion got up and switched seats, sitting beside Him
"Go ahead.. Just touch one.. You think its a cosplay..?"
Shion stared up, her friendly tone was gone.
She shook her head slightly, looking up at him.
"Your sort of a friend.. so you get to know~ I am what they call..
A Diclonius.. Because of these.."

Kruitz hesitantly reached his hand up to her head and grabbed onto the unbroken one. He pulled lightly on it and found it did not come off. "What in the hell?" He muttered as he tugged once more to confirm his thoughts. He then slowly withdrew his hand. "Diclonius? Why the hell are the top heads keeping this from us?" He thought as he sighed and said, "So...you lied about the convention thing...?"

"You said you came from an anime con." He replied, wanting a cigarette really badly. Kruitz gulped down the whole mug of coffee as the waitress dropped off Shion's Chocolate Pie. He gave her a look to buzz off before she could linger around for too long. He then just sighed and said, "So, are your parents like this?"

Shion finished the pie fast, she reached under the tips of her dress for a pouch that was wrapped around her thigh, taking out money and putting it on the table.
"Im done.."
She looked at Kruitx
"My parants were humans.. So is my sister.. im the only freak of the family.. so freaky they experimented on me.. to the point where I left them.." Shion muttered getting up.
The rain still poored outside, harder then before.
"Ready to go..?"
