Aura looked to Dagan. "I'm fine, I had my breakfast already." She returned her attention to looking at the boomerang that Khenu had obviously brought with him, then she looked at Khenu himself.

"Stack O' Flapjacks coooomin up!" Dagan rushes back to teh kitchen with the order. "Pancakes! Lots and lots of pancakes!"

Ryo raises a brow, and pulls out some eggs and flour. "Alright then...give me a bit and the pancakes will be ready!" With the ingredients at his grasp, he begins to make a large amount of batter for the food.

Ryo was busy flipping pancakes into the air, racing up a cooking flurry. Dagan watched in amazement for a few minutes, then spoke.

"Hey Dad! Show me how to do that! I wanna fix pancakes and food like ya when I'm your old age!"

"Alright then! Grab this pan here..."

Dagan soon followed his order, and Ryo filled the pan with batter to make a huge pancake before he flipped the two pancakes he was fixing in two other pans. "Alright....you just wait a few minutes, just as the pancake is bubbling, then FLIP! You have to fling it straight up, or it wont go in the pan ok?"

Dagan nods, and gives it a go after a few minutes, landing it perfectly.

"See son! You're a natural!"

"You know....we're going to need a LOT of syrup for these." Ryo winks to Dagan, and Dagan grins, searching the cabinets for the syrup. To his surprise, Dagan finds none.

"Dad! We're all out! What a bummer..."

"I guess we'll have to stick with butter pancakes then! Grab the butter, chef helper!"

Dagan pulls out a stick of butter, and Ryo puts a knife to the stick, holding two large plates with stacks of pancakes (about 7 pancakes per plate). He sets the plates on the table and then sets the table for four people, seeing that only four people chose to eat something. "Breakfast is ready!" Ryo shouts loud enough for most of the mansion to hear, either by his voice or the echoes of it the mansion made.

"That's awesome..." Hearing the call he smiled. "Alright food!" Standing up too fast, Khenu found his feet tangled in the blanket and he face planted the floor. Being the ever resilient child he was, he stood right back up and half ran half stumbled into the direction the man called Ryo had gone, assuming that was the kitchen.

Getting there he picked a chair at random and sat down, grabbing a fork and shoveling two massive pancakes onto the plate in front of him. He then stopped mid fork stabbing his pancake and looked to Ryo. "It is okay to just go ahead and eat isn't it?"

Khenu blinked twice. "Well I guess that's a yes." With that said, he ripped off a piece of pancake with his fork and shoved it in his mouth, smiling happily as he chewed.

Dagan quickly chomps down on a pancake, the roughhousing of this morning made him most hungry. Dagan tore at the pancake like a rabid animal on its prey.

"Dagan! It's dead! It wasn't alive! Chill..." Ryo finishes one pancake, eyeing the stacks to attack another pancake.

Bastet thought for a moment, "Yea, cute. I wonder what his story is though." She headed towards the kitchen then looked back at Aura, "You sure you don't want anything?"
