Hey all, just peeking in to see how are things.... Um... update on my life... not much, lots of World of Warcraft and got a new job... I process IRAs (the retirement accounts, not Irish Republican Army) for Charles Schwab... I can't get into too many details becuase I signed a contract... but the nutshell version will do. -There are FINGERPRINT scanners on every computer for gods sake!
But the pay and hours are wonderful... 11/hour full time 9-5 with weekends and bank holidays off so I can't complain... oh, here's the kicker (gods I love this part) NO customer service! I don't have to deal with them, I don't have to speak with them, hell, I don't even have to remember their name... they are just another number. ^^
Oh, and where I work... get this... Ever heard of EA sports Tibuon? Yeah, we share the same caffeteria with them... ^^
So life's good, the only real hang up was the fact that I caught a nasty head cold just before the first day of work so I had to suffer (and still am) with no call-in sick days.
So I'm going to kick back, pop in some more dayquil and see if I can get to the big 5-0 in World of Warcraft... ^^

Daraku Dakara Neo Princess Emeraude I have a new laptop computer!! eek The whole story is in my journal..but basically the nice dude next door got it off of e-bay for me. biggrin Anyone have any idea of a good music download site that is free? Kazaa drives me crazy with pop ups and Kazaa lite has terrible quality songs. stressed I must give warning, if you are in the USA, DO NOT USE KAZAA OR KAZAA LIGHT one of my best friends was recently warned by his new inlaws (both nsa) that the government had worked out a deal with the owners of kazaa to get the ip addresses of all their users, for multi-billion $$ lawsuit against them. Thanks for the warning. I didn't download any songs..well I tried and they were crappy so I deleted them. The only music I have in my new computer is my own from my own cd's so I can listen to my music while I surf the web. biggrin heart heart I still like having the cd because computer memoy can get wiped out in a blink of an eye but my cd's will last for years because I take care of them. biggrin

o.O I think my bro might use Kaaza... what if it was used in the past, but isnt used aymore on a comp? Cause this is our family computer. Its my net at home. >< (at school I have wireless on my laptop)

IP address change as often as you change networks, but there is another address that is recorded as well... MAC addresses... it has the physical configuration of your network card... it is a unique as a fingerprint... so if you've been doing hacking stuff, you may want to consider to change the network card too or swap it out. >.<

Wow.. makes me glad I don't download music... my bf does for me, but he uses sites that he won't get caught for. (I think, anyway)
I'm all graduated now! (Hence why I've been scarce) And I finally got a callback for a job interview at a library for tuesday! I REALLY hope I get that job! *crosses fingers*

I still gotta figure out what I want Ryan and Sam to get me...
I found out my grandma is giving me $800 on Thursday. So I get a new computer, my Mom and I chose it today, its $494. I'll probably buy Photoshop Elements [$80] and a thing so I can have wireless internet [I don't have a phone hook up in my room crying ]...then I just have to look into internet prices and I'll be all set. Yay!

Silvander That's awesome. I'm gonna be stuck with the family computer forever, lol. I'm graduating next saturday, but we have no classes this week because they love the seniors. We had a week off too before graduation. Im glad to be out of there
