Rose let out a sigh. "You could have told me." She said not looking towards Noah. It was clear that she had something she was trying to say, but it was caught in her throat. "But I'm not mad." She answered him finally. She didn't really have a reason to. "The furniture can be fixed with magic." The woman responded with a smile as she went to the twin's door and rubbed her hand by it to change it.

Nothing happened. The symbol didn't change and a scared look came to Roses face as she looked at her hand. The blood had stopped flowing. She used her magic to make a dagger appear and held it to stab herself once again. She was running out of time.

Like a driver coming to a red light, the awkward tension finally eased. All Noah wanted was to protect the ones he loved, so it came as no surprise that he seemed to panic when Rose began fretting around with a knife. "Rose?" Noah exclaimed, seeing the magical knife suddenly in her hand. "What's going on?" The ward asked nervously. The witch then stabbed herself with the knife. Noah reached out to grab the woman's hand tightly. "Rose, what are you doing?" The ward asked desperately to his lover. Noah was completely confused by the situation and in need of an answer before he went to Amos for help.

Rose was fairly paler then normal from the blood loss. "It's a blood spell. I need to alter the symbol to free them. It's not like I can teleport or anything." She responded as she made a smear on Robertina's door. She staggered a bit as she continued towards the twin's room. It was clear that she had been bleeding for a while.

A sudden kick of adrenaline was all Noah needed to get into gear as he was ready to help his lover in anyway possible. Before he could beat himself up for not noticing his blunder, he reached out to lift Rose into his arms. He would have to help the girl and quickly. Noah knew what he needed to do from a quick observation. Just get Rose to smear her blood on the doors. The barriers would come down after that. The ward then began to run from door to door with Rose, teleporting when the distance was too far. At the end, the panicked young man, teleported back down stairs to lay Rose down on the couch and harass his mentor for the first aid kit. "Amos! Get your a** out here with the first-aid kit!"

The white haired man was just coming out of the bathroom when he heard his pupil calling for him. At first, he didn't much care for the boy's tone of voice, but upon hearing it was for the first-aid kit, he chose to just listen. The man stepped outside to the living room his pupil was. Noah's girlfriend was there lying on the couch and not looking so good. "Oooh doggy. She looks like she could use a couple pints." The man quipped before setting the bag down and getting to work. "Let me guess. Blood spells. Nasty business, but effective. I won't ask what for, but I'd advise cutting to stabbing." Amos said noting the girl's punctured wound.

"Noah, tell the kids their free. They wont know to come out if they don't know it's gone. Get Jack." The woman said weakly. She then reached at the first-aid kit. She could take care of herself. She needed to take care of herself. She then looked at Amos and responded to her comment. "I did cut, but the wound clotted so I panicked." She told him as she reached for the alcohol. Her hands were shaky from the blood loss.

Noah looked to his lover hesitantly as she told him to go tell the children it was ok to come out. The ward didn't feel entirely comfortable leaving Rose in her current state with Amos. The man could probably sense it as he turned to his pupil. "It's alright kid. I'll get the little lady all patched up while you go round the kiddies." Noah glared at the man and didn't move. "I won't do anything!" Amos protested with an offended look. Noah screwed up his face as he reluctantly went upstairs to do as he was ask.

With his pupil gone, Amos started to help his pupil's girlfriend. "Slow down missy." Said the white haired hunter, noticing Rose's shaking hands. "Not that I doubt your knowledge in medicine, but I think you could use some help." The man reached into the bag and grabbed the disinfecting alcohol for her. "Shame you guys don't have any other healing stuff. I figured the local pharmacy would have some emergency potions on tap." The man said in his classical long winded fashion. "That, or some alraune nectar mixed with merrow's blood. Though, that would just taste like a bad drink."

One by one, Noah came to each of the Vega children's doors, letting them all know it okay to come out. The ward hoped none of the children would ask what had happened, but that might have too much to ask for. Especially when Noah got to Trixie's room. "Noah!" The little witch exclaimed. "What happened?" She asked, this time, her voice sounding more demanding. The ward shook his head and groaned. "I told you." He said tiredly. "I'll explain later, alright? Jack?" Noah called looking behind his sister. "Rose needed you."

"Those are weak potions that don't stop bleeding nor restores blood. The most powerful stuff is kept out of the hands of the public and in hospitals, family collections, and researchers." The woman commented as she allowed Amos to help her. It was dangerous to have super powerful potions around. If they fell into the wrong hands then it would be near impossible to stop a villain.

Jack nodded. "I'll be right there." He responded as he turned to look at the seal. The boy looked at it. It was just a hand print at the top verse a dash across it. "Trixie I want you take note of this. I don't think the seal was properly broken." He told the girl. They just had talked about what it meant to do a blood seal and who could break it. "Rose must of used a lot of blood. She'll need a transfusion if she is....." The boy commented as he hustled his but to his sister.

"Rose!" Jack called out as he got to the woman. He didn't know who the man was, but he guessed he was fine or Rose wouldn't let him touch her. "She needs a blood transfusion! Now!" the boy responded as he pulled out a set of needles, a clamp and a tube. The boy prepped his sister's arm and then his own before putting the needle in his and then his sister.

Amos raised a brow when the busty witch told him the legal status of healing potions. It seemed that pharmacies still carried the weak stuff that was meant for minor cuts and scraps. While the girl was right, the hunter believed it probably didn't matter. If potions were anything like drugs in the outside world, smugglers and dealers were sure to be a plenty. The old man continued to help the young woman until a spry young boy entered the room and seemed to take over. Amos stood back and let the youth get to work. It was a little surprising to see Vega child get to work, setting up everything needed to make a blood transfusion. A few seconds later, Amos' pupil and another young girl had entered. Noah with a look of deep concern as he witnessed his lover with a needle in her arm. Before he could say anything, the ward felt a hand on his shoulder. His mentor gave the young man a warm smile. "It's alright kid. You're girlfriend should be fine. If worse comes to worse, I can fix it." The aging man said before putting his hands in pockets.

"Noah, who's this?" Trixie squeaked as she spied the man in the red longcoat. Amos shared the same notion. "Yeah sport. Mind explaining who this little girl might be?" The young man grimaced and scowled and then finally caved. "Trixie, this is Amos. My mentor; Amos, this is Trixie, my sister." The little witch and the hunter looked at each other quizzically before turning back to their mutual acquaintance. "I thought you said you didn't have any brothers or sisters, kid." Amos said scratching his chin. "Can this wait Amos?" Noah asked rhetorically, hoping the man would take the hint. The ward's mind was already frot with stressful thoughts.

"Please get some juice, crackers, and some sweet snacks. It will help blood sugar." The boy commented. He was sure that both him and Rose would need some after this. Mostly him. "I'm fine Jack." Rose told her brother. "No it's not fine." He snapped before his face went red and his eyes darted around the room. It wasn't long till they landed on Trixie. Jack waved Trixie over. Once the girl was close enough he pulled her closer. "Should we tell them that there may be a baby?" He said low so no one could hear them. It was true they couldn't be sure, but it was better to say something over nothing when Rose had lost a lot of blood.

The trio watched as the Vega siblings sat there and transferred blood to one another. Only Amos was someone with even a hint of knowledge about the situation, but he chose to stay out of it. The Vega family was very close knit and he was just an outsider. The aging hunter folded his arms and took a few paces away from the scene. Nothing he could really do until the parents came home. Noah, on the other hand, listened to what Jack said and immediately went for the kitchen to grab as much food as he could carry. Whether it was fruit, candy, water, or just a whole steak, the ward grabbed it. Anything for Rose, even if it was going overboard. Trixie was the only one left before being called to Jack's side. The little witch leaned in close to hear what the boy had to say. Trixie immediately reeled her head back when her foster brother asked about there being a baby. Despite her knowledgeable intelligence,Trixie did not connect those dots, even when Jack had mentioned it before. She was still a bit innocent. "Baby?!" She exclaimed, letting the secret blurt out for all to hear.

"Shh!" Jack snapped at Trixie for being so loud. Rose's face went red really fast. "I told you about how blood spells work. The only way Noah could get into the room was if Rose broke the spells, which I don't think she did, or if she was pregnant which would put Noah's blood in Rose." The boy responded with a scolding. "I feel faint." The woman responded to the news.

Whatever was going through Jack's head didn't really make sense to the little witch. Not because how innocent or naive the girl was, but because she recalled a few inconsistencies with it. "But, if the seal wasn't properly broken, and don't have any Vega blood in me, then were we able to get past it?" There were more holes in the theory that Trixie worked to point out, like Noah being on the outside the whole time, the barriers actually going down and more. One could say the little witch was doing just to disprove the theory of Rose being pregnant with Noah's child.

Meanwhile, Amos overheard every little detail of the matter. Did his student knock up the eldest daughter of the Vega's by accident or was it just a misunderstanding. Maybe the black haired kid was just getting ahead of himself because of the seriousness of the situation. Or maybe Amos just needed lunch. In any case, the martial arts master remained quiet. Only observing the scene like a spectator of a bad Mexican soap opera.

Noah on the other hand came out of the kitchen. This time, he was carrying a more rational amount of food for the sibling to snack on. But something was different. On top of weak, Rose also looked a bit faint, Jack seemed worked up, Trixie was deeply concerned, and Amos...was just sitting there. "What's going on?" Noah piped up carrying the food. "I heard Trixie from the kitchen. Did something happen?"

"Then how would Noah be able to open the door?" The teen point out to Trixie. There was one theory he could come up with for her and that was if their fairy ancestors were from the same line. Maybe his sister didn't break the seal. "Well to be safe, we should continue to watch over Rose if she is pregnant." The teen responded as he stopped the blood flow between the needles. He took a moment to thank Noah and took a grape. He then reached over and pulled, from his dimensional backpack, out a some gauze and bandaids. He took care of himself before finishing up Rose.

Noah froze at the word 'pregnant'. His face was nearly petrified. Never mind that his sister and the boy were arguing over the technicalities of magic, the ward had had become a statue. Where did any of this even come from? All Noah wanted to do was dig his knuckles into Jack's temples for even suggesting he had gotten his sister pregnant so quickly. Noah knew the kid was only a teenager in high school. Sex Ed was probably something he was just getting around to, but to be so forward about it? Did he even know what would happen if Pierre had walked right through the front door he was blabbering about Rose being pregnant, that is if she was pregnant. The ward thought had made sure to use protection every time ever since his first time with Rose in Len's bathhouse. Noah even used the 'magic' condoms Will had told him about.

Amos felt this was an opportune moment to excuse himself, but not before coming to the aid of his petrified pupil. Putting a hand on the ward shoulder, Amos began his own brand of comfort. "On the bright side, I'm sure you'd make an alright father, Noah. But, that being said, maybe you should wait and see. Read some books and that stuff. Worry about babies later." The man then excused himself to the kitchen where he began to help himself to the tea collection. Perhaps it would be best if everyone had some. The white haired merc looked around before setting everything up and waiting. "This family certainly is a handful..."

While she didn't want to, Trixie felt a burning desire to protest some of the evidence her foster brother had brought up. Instead of confront Jack, though, Trixie made mental notes. She would later investigate the scene of the crime like a detective. The very idea made the little witch's blood boil with excitement. It would almost be like one of her books. Trixie had read a couple of mystery crime novels in the past and everything that was happening made recall heavily from them.

"A hand print doesn't always break a seal." Rose agreed to at least that much. "And all magic can be counter." She added. There was an uneasy lump in her throat. She had no signs of pregnancy and she didn't feel any different other than the need for snacks. She leaned over and grabbed a cookie to replenish her blood sugar. "If I am pregnant, then it's way too early to tell. Less than a month." She told everyone. "I'm pretty sure I'm not. Don't scare me like that."
