REx looked at her and than before he could talk was hit and he landed on his slide and slid across the ground. "What just happened?" at first he thought he had mad kai or something.
Buck smiled and nipped at cynder and tried to wiggle away from them. "No fair." he growled playfully.

Kai reacted immediately when she saw another wolf hit Rex. She jumped in between them and lowered her head, bearing her teeth. "Who are you?" She barked at the wolf.
Mia had been having fun playing when she heard her mother's growl. She suddenly froze then sunk to the ground so it appeared that she disappeared.

It took Rex a couple seconds to realize what was going on. "Wait, what is the meaning of this?" he was than standing next to Kai again and was ready to attack.
Buck sank low cause the last time he heard a growl his father was killed, he began to wimper and than took off running into the forest and down near the stream.

Kai didn't look away from the wolf that had hit Rex. She noticed the pups running off, but her concern was with the threat. She knew that Mia was smart enough to stay with the others.
Mia took off running after Buck. She didn't want to lose him and have him get hurt. She was hoping Cynder was running after her.

Buck stopped when he got to the stream and began to cry, than he laid in a ball next to a big tree still crying and wimpering.

Rex loosened up noticing the pups weren't near the problem. "Who are you?" he looked at the young pup.
Buck jumped up and wipped the tears from his eyes. "I-its okay." he tried to smile.

Kai went quiet. She wasn't bearing her teeth anymore, but at the same time she was a little more defensive than normal. She slowly turned away from Rex and the other wolf, walking away. She wasn't going to go far, just far enough to think.
Mia gave him a look. "What's wrong Bucky?" She asked, not even realizing that she put a 'y' at the end of his name.

Cynder was right behind Mia and buck. she came to a stop when she saw them at the stream. she walked up to them and said" what's wrong Buck?"

Rex frowned when kai walked away. "Im Rex, are you lost?" He kept glancing at the pup than at kai.
Buck looked at them both than shook his head and hid his face in his paws and started to cry.

Kai stopped a ways away from Rex and the pup and started thinking about what Rex had said. She had been on the run for a while, but was she ready or prepared to have someone else like her?
Mia looked at Cynder and shrugged before nudging Buck. "Buck. What's wrong?"
