In late 1999 early 2000, my friend who came from Hong Kong insisted I listen to Glay, that same year I was later informed of X-Japan and Dir en grey, when I got sick of those I stumbled across Plastic Tree by accident and that's when I fell in love.

Hmmm... what got me into J-rock was at first anime. I always loved the original Japanese opening songs. But that wasn't the main thing... I didn't even know what those would be called. The jrock was originally a mistake. I ment to download another song and ended up downloading the Dir en Grey song, Cage. Actually I think it was the music video. I fell in love with it and started downloading every Dir en Grey song I could find, then every Malice Mizer or Gackt songs. I limited myself to that for a while but then it became wider and I love it all. Be it Jrock or Jpop it's all good!

My friend Had a pic of Kamijo in his signature and i wanted to find out more about him.I later found out Kamijo was apart of Lareine. Then as I looked through websites I came upon Malice Mizer and Dir en Grey. Then when I looked into Malice Mizer I fell deeply in love with Gackt. Then as I trailed on I learned about Le'Arc-en-Ciel because Hyde worked with Gackt......
