Larissa was going to retort, but instead she just sighed and shook her head. "It's not even worth wasting my breath," she spoke, just loud enough so that Claw would be able to hear. "Come on, Nariko, let's go."

Claw's lips pressed into a deep frown. "Where are you going without me? You can't leave me here!" he called after the two girls. Claw walked after them while waving, and his hand finally lifted from his cheek. It was red where Mickey had hit him, and it appeared to be swelling slightly.

Larissa turned to face Claw one last time. "You just don't know when to quit, do you? Unless you want me to make your bruises symmetrical, don't follow us."

"What could you do?" Claw challenged Larissa. He placed his hands on his hips, and continued walking after the girls. Normally, this wouldn't be an option, but Claw as wary about this world. "I know that Mick-Mick can hit- but not you."

"I called you an ignorant buffoon." Larissa slowed down her words and added more emphasis. "What are you, deaf? Or are you just even more stupid than I thought you were?" Larissa continued walking and didn't look at Claw as she spoke.

"No, just no need for the long words. ******** b*****d just works the same." Claw was getting annoyed fast at Larissa. "Usually, when you threaten to beat somebody up and then call them a name, you don't want to make it sound so... stupid and corny." His hands slid into his pockets, and Claw let out a long sigh. The experiences here were getting less and less enjoyable by the moment.

"Maybe if you had two braincells to rub together it wouldn't matter so much." Larissa knew she would get little satisfaction from dumbing herself down to insult Claw. It was more fun when he was confused about what she meant.

"Well maybe if you didn't speak so annoying, we'd get out of here faster. Don't you miss your little runt back at home?" Claw jeered. Larissa had been trying to get on his bad side, so he was obviously trying to do the same thine back. Zazan seemed like the only thing the Larissa got mad at him for saying about; he'd gone through this process before.

Larissa's cool expression broke into a scowl. She spun around to face Claw. "What is wrong with you?! Do you just have to make everybody's lives hell? You're just a pathetic, sadistic b*****d! Everyone would be happier if you'd never come into our lives!" Larissa followed through with what she'd said before; swiftly the fairy raised her palm, aiming to slap Claw as hard as she could.

This time, Claw caught his attacker's hand in his grasp. Larissa had a smaller figure than Mickey did, and her wrist was slightly thinner, too. Claw held her hand up over hear head. "You take that back." He spat bitterly. He didn't want to believe the fairy's words, even though they seemed to mirror what he saw in the illusion. It was a lie, he told himself, a stupid lie to make him feel bad and make his cheeks sting. "I make your lives better, got it? You people do stuff for my interest, and you like it!"

Even though Claw had her wrist held tight, Larissa still said, "I'm not taking it back," coolly, as if she still had the upper hand. "All you've done since the day you stepped into all of our lives is ruin them. Me, Zazan, Mickey, Nariko, Shane... Even your own brother, for crying out loud! And you're too arrogant to even realise it."
