Nailah sighed. She hated apologizing. She absolutely hated it. "Aura, I'm sorry. It was stupid and immature and it went way too far. I just was upset about the whole 'let's play stupid so Nailah makes an a** of herself' thing and I wanted to get back at you. I don't' want Vincent. It was never about that. He's totally yours." She shuddered as she remembered the kiss. That blood and he was too cold. "All I managed to do was act immature and childish and strained a friendship with the both of you. I understand if you don't want to forgive me. I understand if you want me to leave. Just tell me what you want me to do."

Aura laughed lightly. "You really are a priestess, one can tell just by the way you make your apologies. And, that said, apology accepted, you don't have to leave, and you're still my friend. I apologize myself as well, I have my father's temper."

Nailah stared at Aura. "You made that painless and easy. I had to ramble on about all that crap. Why can't I do that?"

She laughed again. "It's a high priestess thing." She shrugged. "Well now that all of that formal apologizing is out of the way, care to help me train Nailah? I need a little help getting angry."

"Sure, I'll help you train." Then what Aura had said sunk in. "Wait a minute. I just apologized for that. Why in Ra's name would I want to do it again? I know I need to practice short apologies but I wasn't planning to do it quite so soon."

"Wonderful. But you see, you don't need an apology for this, because I'm asking you to do it. Thus no offense can be taken in the first place dear Nailah. And if anyone asks, well you tell them that I asked you to piss me off and well it works." She smiled. "Just insult me or something."

Nailah nodded. "Okay but don't say I didn't warn you." She thought for a moment and then her eyes lit up. She had the perfect insult. One that was sure to piss Aura off VERY quickly. Sniffing once she said in low voice, "Oh. Well I decided that I did want your sexy fang boy and I intend to get my blood kiss...on purpose this time. Also you flirt with Saradin all the time. You play with Vincent at night and Saradin during the day. You two-timing Egyptian whore. You are an Egyptian whore."

Aura's eye twitched and she drew in a breath. "You're good at this. The Saradin thing was a nice touch. Thank you. I'll be back in a few moments." That said and anger barriers in place she phased herself into the shadow plane. So this was an easy thing for her now, but now she had to watch her back in this place.

Nailah watched as Aura disappeared. She sniffed. "Too many shadow walkers around here. How's anybody going to get any privacy?" She reached out and sensed Aura's feelings. It was harder to do when she was shadow walking but not impossible. The anger was a red haze. Nailah raised her eyebrows at the intensity of it. "Damn, I am good at this." She sat back in her chair and waited for Aura to return. Turning to Eclipse she said, "So Eclipse. What's in the bowl?"

There in the other side of the dimensional emptiness sat Saradin. He was apparently sitting in a chair that was only a mock version, lost between the worlds in swirling particles. "Aurahkah. You're testing your powers again, I've been watching... It's better if you have someone to cover you should you need it. I'd like you to test the extent of your powers now, come with me." Moving though wispy sight blurred and reality, he stepped into a rift of darker matter and dissapeared completely.

Eclipse lifted his head and looked to Nailah. His voice sounded slightly agitated. Maybe it was the cake. Or just the threats around to his precious egg. "It's an egg, a blue Laputan chicken egg...no I didn't lay it. Saradin asked that one. No you cannot touch it, no you cannot see it. You will leave it alone, until it hatches. I won't loose to the winged lizard."

"Munalisk. You have to be more careful with that egg!" "I am being careful. I'm not gonna lose to that Hawk-dog." "But you almost fell out of that tree." "Um...I...meant to do that..." "Sure..." "Yup! I'm gonna go grab a snack. All this gaurding stuff is making me hungry." Munalisk walked in the mansion and into the kitchen. "Hey Eclipes! How's the egg going?"

Aura raised an eyebrow. What did these people just hang out in here like this? Then again they could she guessed. "Right, you want me to follow you through that." She rolled her eyes, muttering. "Sure it's easy for you people, I have no clue what I'm getting myself into..." Her muttering continued, but she followed Saradin none the less.

Winged lizard? Ah that would be Munalisk. The dragon. She looked up and saw Munalisk come into teh kitchen and address Eclipse. "Well, well. This should be interesting." SHe sat back to watch and see if she could garner more information about this whole blue egg thing.

The moment Aurahkah slipped into that gap, she was no longer planeswalking. She was now on the other side, no longer forced to sustain her pressence there but instead steeped in the stifling black realm of the true Shadow Plane. It was still the kitchen to be sure, but it was empty and the tables were cracked and everything was at least partly is ruin. "Welcome to the other side, my world." Saradin who had his back to Aurahkah returned his sight to her. "You arent skilled enough to escape as you are. Now, die and become absorbed into the world you dared to touch..." Every word he spoke became less his own and more hate filled. From his hip a sword was removed from its case and its black blade was pointed at the woman who it intended to slay.
