As soon as their skin touched the swords hilt, the humming sound resounded in their ears and then it boomed. Finally a sound came to josh, a cruel malicious voice, and it spoke.
How may i serve you master?
Josh's voice barked an order in an ancient tone, it was clearly not his voice, yet the sword seemed to respond. A light 'ping' sound was made .. then silence.
Suddenly a green aura surround both ranae and josh, and an energy field was built around them. The cirlces diameter around them measure a few metres, yet within this all sense were clear. Josh hoped ranae could see him as it seemed green rain sparkled off them.
"can you see?"

" I dont intend to sound heartless in this, but if you do come, you will not be my burden. I will go on with or without you, i wont wait. Are you sure this is what you want?" He asked her.

Synapse continued to watch the spectacle that lay before it. Unable to open its mouth in awe, it hovered closer to Yukimura. It watched the purple light swirl around the vincinity and saw Yukimura absorb the energy. It wandered closer and closer to the purple aura, unafraid of it but mesmerized.

Ranae opened her eyes slowly and gasped. There he was. She could see him in black and white as some odd, ever moving substance rained down on them. She slid her hand from his and reached up to touch his cheek. She could see her hand, his face. He was devastatingly handsome and she smiled, letting out a choked laugh as tears gathered in her eyes. She couldnt bring herself to speak. As if afraid that she would wake up to find that this was just some wonderful dream. Her eyes swept over his handsome features again and again, comitting them all to memory.

Yukimura completed the absorption of the energy, smiling to himself and laughing out loud, flexing his muscles and standing in awe of his own power.
"Hahahaha!!! Look at my energy! My power!" He raised a hand and aimed it at the mountains nearby that part of the castle was built into. He yelled loudly and let out a fiery dragon from the palm of his hand. It flew towards the rocky cliff face, exploding against it and blowing a crater in the side.

She pulled away from Kyo to look at him. "We're all our own burden Haku...and yes I still intend to go...my friends with me as well..." She stared at him, not knowing what else to say and she looked down at her clothing and noticed she was still covered with orc blood. She looked up at him and swallowed hard. "Do you...know if there are any hot springs or lakes nearby?"

Synapse ignored the dragon that spawned from his palm and wandered threateningly close to his head. It seemed to be drawn to him by some strange force. Synapse allowed the energy to course through it and, soon enough, was hovering inches away from his face, ignorant of the awesome power the dragon displayed.

Josh smiled he was pleased at ranaes reaction. He knew words were not meant to be in this place so he took their place with actions. He lunged towards her and kissed her passionately, holding onto her as if his life depended on it, their embrace continued as the green substance fell onto them.

"As you wish Lady Rin......Im a water dragon, i can find one or maybe even make one momentarilly." He told her. He transformed and dug into the ground.The hole wasa long and dark but after a few miniutes the ground broke, and a large pool of hot water appeared from the ground. Haku flew up from the water and reverted next to behind Rin." I found some water deep down in the earth,and i relocated it up here, and made it warm. Will this do?" he asked her.

"Hmm?" Yukimura noised, noticing that the little ball of light hadn't left him alone. "What the Hell...I wonder...I wonder just how much power I have..." He closed his eyes and pointed his hands at Nobunaga's old suit of armor, that was still lying on the ground in front of him. Lightning began to surge between his fingertips and the suit of dark armor began to hover in the air, forming the shape of a human, with Synapse inside of the chest. Lightning then shot out of his hands, enlarging Synapses form to the size of the armor, a bright light emiting from the figure.

Ranae wrapped her arms tightly around his neck, holding him to her as she tilted her head slightly to the side, her lips running along his as she deepened the kiss hungrily. She wished more than anything that this moment could last forever. That time would just freeze. But the time slipped away through her fingers like sand, and the next time she opened her eyes, she coud see the image of his face slowly dimming.

Synapse fizzled in and out of focus before finally settling in Nobunaga's old armor. Her features continued to shine brightly as she attempted to adjust to being restrained by pieces of metal. She clutched her stomach and kneeled on the floor before radiating the light she kept hidden within herself. The surroundings turned white by the intensity of the light.
Then all the surroundings faded back into reality. There was Synapse, laying on the ground with her arms and legs extended, as if she were in the process of making snow angels. She retained the characteristic of being able to glow and sparkle. Tiny sparks of electricity spewed here and there before she fell unconscious on the floor.

From beneath her cloak she pulled out a bag and opened it up. Out of the bag she pulled an dark violet colored kimono, embroidered with vibrant gold and orange flowers, and a few tracings of black. She set folded it, placing it on the ground along with her violet satin boots, arm guards, and cloak. She pulled out here dark red ribbon, letting her auburn red hair fall to the middle of her back. "Haku...could you...look the other way?" She blushed slightly and looked at him.

The crude voice of the sword appeared in his head again, and it signaled the end of the time. Josh broke from ranae and raged at the swords timing, josh's voice was not present but it was that of ashen rahman, the original master of this sword. Josh realised himself and looked at his hands, what was he becoming, he had noticed his voice change when he spoke to the sword and now he was trembling. The sword just cackled and made a snide comment about welcoming his master back. Josh fell to his knee's and his eyes closed, a somber expression passed over his face. Within an instant the green energy had stopped and josh had bolted upright, he gripped the sword and ran out of the clearing at alarming speed leaving ranae behind.
