Claw's brow furrowed furiously. Was this seriously the girl he'd been kissing a few days ago? "Fang's the jealous one, not me!" Claw screamed back at her. "And so what if I don't want you to talk to other guys? Shouldn't I be enough?!"

"I'm scared of what might happen if we do," Larissa murmured to the fox demon.
"Puh-lease. Even if I did stop talking to other guys, I'm not stupid enough to think that would stop you from talking to other girls and guys!" Mickey was mad at Claw for all sorts of things now; she was finally getting it all out.

"I don't know," Larissa replied. "But it wouldn't surprise me if Mickey beat the crap out of him, or at least tried to." Luckily, Larissa and Nariko were far enough from Mickey and Claw that they couldn't be heard. Besides, they were speaking softly while the angel and half demon were shouting, too wrapped up in themselves.

"So would you stop talking to other guys?" He questioned her. Claw took a step closer to the half-demon. His fists were raised, and he glared in her direction. "If I didn't talk then girls and guys, then who's there left to talk to? Your Mom?"

'Mom' was probably the worst possible word for Claw to have uttered. Mickey was already mad enough; she didn't need to be reminded of her awful dream. "Shut your damn mouth!" she snapped at Claw, doing a pretty good job of keeping her use of language minimal. However, the half demon couldn't stop her fist from flying towards Claw's cheek.

Mickey caught Claw by surprise, and her fist landed on its target. The boy stumbled back a few steps, gripping the side of his jaw. "What did I say?" He demanded to Mickey. "Is this what I get for trying to protect you?" He still thought that having Mickey not talk to other guys was for her better- as well has his.

"I said shut up!" Mickey snapped again, her eyes threatening to tear as the dream reran itself in her mind, more vividly than it had even been originally. "Just... shut up." The half demon turned around, storming off towards the marketplace.

Claw watched her go off, his hand still rubbing his cheek where she had punched him. "What was her problem?" He asked himself sternly. "Can't she even handle a stupid 'your mom' joke...? Jeez." Claw suddenly regretted fighting with her; who would buy him stuff in this world? Especially now, when he needed an icepack or something. The angel boy muttered to himself angerly, not sure where he could storm off to like she had done.

"Wow, you really are an idiot," Larissa comented, folding her arms and giving Claw a disapproving look. "Mickey's mom is really all she has in the world as far as family, and Mickey really misses her. And, of course, stupid you had to go and remind her of it."

Claws head slowly turned to Larissa. "You could have told me that!" He hissed at her. But even if she had told him that, Claw most likely would have said it anyways. "It's not my fault she's all touchy-feely about those things!" Claw's own opinion on this world was rapidly changing. Yes, his main wish was to get home, but it wasn't as strong anymore now that he had had the illusion. Still, talking with other people who actually liked him would be a nice change, too.
