I just saw this! I'm pretty sure you aren't talking about the pink vomit avatar.. xD I changed into the avatar I think you were talking about. If not, I don't know then! But thanks. <3 I work real hard on some of my avatars, and never get comments. So it's nice to hear one once in a while.

Ahh~ Well I just looked at the date it was posted, and it was just before I changed into the dumb pink avatar, and this was the avatar I was wearing before that. xd

These two were the only other red/black/gold avatars I was wearing lately: this and this.

Not that it really matters. But like I said, I rarely get comments about my avatars. It's just like, the ones I work real hard on, I get few, or no comments. The ones I just slap together people are like "zomg that's so awsm". So it was just a pleasant surprise to stumble across. I guess the moral of the story is, I need to not try so hard. In the end, I know I'm just making avatars for me, so it doesn't really matter if I get comments about them or not, but I guess deep down everyone likes to be recognized here and there.

Anyway, I really like your current avatar, Pyre. I don't really have anything useful to say about it, but I like it.

Hmm, maybe it was the one you changed into. I dunno. My memory is horrible. I mean, I like it and all, I just didn't think that was what you were wearing when I posted about your avatar.

And I agree. I'm mostly trying to make avatars I like (kinda why I quit going to AT - do they still hate the red/black/gold color scheme?), but it's always nice to get a compliment.

Disappearing for years on end will do that. Have you even been here since EIs and RIGs? Almost all of the good items come from those, now.

I had a feeling the secret retreat would have a pose that would compliment this better when it evolved today, and I was right. Now I just need some red at the feet. And yes, I know none of my reds actually match. Bite me. biggrin

I tried the shoeclips, but they have gold in them and there isn't any gold anywhere else on my avatar. I tried the summoning circle from the vampire hunter, too, but it's too big and adds a weird red pretty much all around.

I think I'll just leave it like this. I mean, if I went out with a red shirt irl, nobody would freak out because my shoes were neutral. They'd probably think I was too matchy-matchy if they weren't. Weird how Gaia is the exact opposite.

Edit: Okay, so I did change it. Kinda bummed that I can't see the secret retreat around the cello, but I do like cellos.

Eh why not? I've got the urge to splurge the whole black 17th century outfit.

BTW, this outfit of yours is absolutely gorgeous.
