Kurama moved a little and rubbed his face a bit putting his books in a bag and stood up walking toward the door. " Alright, Come on." Kurama said heading down the stairs and stopped down by the key rack and looking for his keys for the car. "Take you to the airport early and will get some food before your off."

Hikari stood up, setting the book back on Kurama's desk as she followed him to the door. "They have food at airplane places?" She'd never been to an airport before, or even on any sort of plane, so this was a first for her.

"the airport has shopping, Food and so on there." The fox explained walking with Hikari after leaving the hallway to outside with the keys and waited just outside for Hikari." I'll get you where you need to be." He said with a small smile.

Hikari followed Kurama out, closing the door behind her to the house. "You sure? You look like you're about to drop.." She already felt a little bad for having Kurama drive her. The fox demon looked exhausted enough as it was.

"It's alright, Come on Hikari." The fox demon said moving his hands a little to unlock the car before getting in and starting the car waiting for Hikari. The fox demon was tired but after some food he'd be alright and ready to go.

Hikari didn't say anything else about it. She got into the passenger seat of the car, buckling up so they could get going. "You're not gonna tell Hiei about this, right?" She wanted to make sure. Hikari figured she was going to be gone for a couple days but hoped that Hiei would just think she disappeared for a bit if Kurama kept his mouth shut.

Kurama moved a little. " If your not back in a week and he starts to worry I won't promise much. But for now I won't say anything." Kurama said as he pulled out and then started to drive to the airport.

Hikari moved her hands into her sweatshirt pocket and looking out the window. "I'll call Kid if anything goes wrong. But it's just some human scientists. How bad could it be?"

"Not to sound to much like Hiei. But I am getting tired of Mukuro putting you on Missions like this. " The fox said as he pulled to a red light before he started to go once it was green and kept driving.

Hikari blinked, not completely understanding. "Missions like what?" The girl was brought onto the team as an assassin. Killing was what she was supposed to do. Really, that's all Hikari had grown to know over the past few years. So she wasn't entirely sure what Kurama was referring to by missions like this.

Kurama shook his head. " Never mind. Just be safe." The fox said pulling into the airport and got out locking the door once they where out and headed toward the building. " I have a type of cloth for you that will hide your Metal in the knife." The fox said pulling out a small cloth." Wrap that around it and then hide it it." Kurama said.

Hikari glanced up at the cloth, taking it when Kurama handed it to her. "Thanks." She knelt down, lifting up her pant and moved the sheathed dagger. Hikari wrapped the whole thing up in the cloth before sticking it back in the holster and rolling down her pant leg, standing up again to walk with Kurama inside. She looked around, seeing how big the place actually was, and all the people that were there.

" I'll get you to your gate to catch your plane and watch you off." Kurama said before Taking Hikari's hand and walking into the airport. The fox didn't want to lose Hikari at this point. " Let's get you some food before you go." The fox said heading to food court to get food with the girl. He shifted running his hand through his hair. " Then after I see you off I'm in a test till 9pm tonight" The fox said with a chuckle.

Hikari blinked when Kurama took her hand, feeling him tug her towards the food court. Her feet automatically started moving to walk with the fox demon, feeling a little weird from the contact, but wasn't pulling away like she used to and freak out. "...Nine?" The girl questioned, looking up at Kurama like he was crazy. "You should've stayed home to sleep or study."

"I'd rather make sure you got on your plane safely then let you run around." The fox demon said before looking around and walked toward a food stand. " Get whatever you want, Hikari" The fox said letting go of her hand and reaching for his wallet in his pocket.
