I'm still alive! I swear! I've just gotten super busy up and here and my net in my apartment reaks big time. Though today, its at a decent enough speed, hence the posting. XD
I'm in a knitting gorup up here which meets one day a week for now and starts doing two days a week starting next saturday.
I'm doing water areobics (sp?) three times a week. My docs finally cleared me for non impact excercise right before I left town, and I've already dropped half a size with no other excericse or diet change. YAY! Hopefully, by christmas time when I move hom, I'll be solidly back the size 6 I was before I was stuck in pain land.
I found someone to teach me to make glass beads. Yes, thats right, fear for your life- they gave me a blowtorch and molten glass. It was awesome! Tomorrow, I'm going to New Haven, CT, to help my teacher clean her apartment- in exachnage for free yarn and bamboo knitting needles. And free beads. ^^
And.... the archery marshals for my SCA barony up here are awesome and have been able to help me really improve my consistency (sp?).(SCA= history group for those not in the know about it ^^)

Yue: Some places have been evacuated and I am sure employers are well aware and make amends for special circumstances. A couple of the fires are out but there are some that are still burning. The air quality is better where I live and we have actually had some rain! eek Thank Goddess and God. crying

SIN: I LIVE on hotpockets, and lean cusine, and Degorino's Microwave Pizza....especially the pizza hot pockets.
