Wow, I never knew that they can be a pain in the a**. I feel for you guys. Our teachers here arnt as tough. My classes the teachers were supportive well they tried to be. I remember I did a portrait using the style of this artist (i fogot her name but that was the theme.)
I didn’t like it so I changed it, it wasn’t any better but'll have to do. My teacher saw the change and said she like the other one better and asks me to changed it back, so I did. I didn’t care I didn’t like it anyway.
Also in my computer class we have to draw and animate a monster. I drew a dragon-like creature wink
I just finished the head and the lecture came up, looked at it and said "Where’s the body" I gaped at him I felt like screaming "I haven’t finished it yet you moron what do you think?!"
I know what he was thinking, he couldn’t find any criticism for my dragon's head so he criticize my unfinishness.
I'm used to be really nagitive, I still am in a way but I try to look on the bright side. Dont worry Silver you're not the only one. Just remember you have friends to suport you heart

The teachers I see everyday are somewhat supportive, the ones for the four major subjects, but elective teachers are always complete asses.
Our elective cycle is only 36 days before switching, and each time I can the teacher hates our guts. :/
Or they try to be nice and come off as the most obnoxious people in the world.
I would have gotten so pissed at him if he said that! >.>
"Where's the body?!"
"Apparently it's shoved up your a**, right next to /your/ head!" >o
And then I'd get in trouble, have my parents called, and put up with, "Omg! Lyk ur sucha disappointment becuz u haf thoughts, feelings, n opinions!"
That's kind of like when I used to Oekaki a lot, I'd put up the traditional "S.S." or "WIP."
Next thing I know I'd get like 5 comments all going, "Ur lines r messy." or "Where shades? lol"

I hate my Elective. Ugh. 36 days of Gym straight, how the hell is that supposed to do anything?!
And the teacher, I can't stand her. She's nosy, obnoxious, and constantly tries to pry into the personal lives of others. Let me rephrase that, she constantly tries to pry into /my/ life.
It's freakin' harrassment! "No." she continues prying, "Stop." and she just won't drop it.
"Leave me alone!" and I get, "Why do you always have to be so whiny! Why won't you just smile for once."
I yell at her in an attempt to shut her up, and I get, "Well don't get snappy with /MEEEEEEEE/!"
And we have it with 6th graders! >.>
/THE/ rudest of all children in that school. Ooh, you aren't in elementary anymore. You definitely run the school now.

Hehe I should have said that too him. lol Ouch, is she really like that. If anyone was like that to me I'll let them have it. Heh just ignore 6th graders, I dont think I ever had any trouble like that, I kinda wish it though, hardly anything exciting happens. Arghg dammit some people are just drama queens or just spoilt BRATS! You know the shop I'm co-owner of, the owner just released a cert for the breedable pet (without asking for my opinion) This is what it looks like by the way. Here. Now be honest what do you think? As co-owner I thought I say something. I thought it was:- a. Too big. 500x400 mind you (No one wants anything that big in thier sig, especially if it looks like that.) and b. there’s too much white space, I mean come on, she has no design sense. I didn’t say that though, but I mention it was a little bit too big and just too much white space. And she just flies off the handle, like a child with a tantrum! She said it was rude of me to say that to her after she works oh so hard on them. She didnt care that I did graphics design classes and what not I mean I COME ON! If she is going to chuck a hissy fit every time someone offers their opinion to them she's not going to last long in the open world. (This isnt the first time she did this you know) Even the greatest of art gets criticism. Sorry about the rant but its just so ARGH! Dont mention it to her though if you do run into the shop. As much as I hate putting up with her highness, I just love colouring the pets.

Wow uhm... I really must say, it's quite tacky.
The shape is indefinite, with no boxed background of any sort it looks like some interdimensional void.
Add a background, really. Even just a photo with a filter would look nice, as I've seen many pull off to create gorgeous effects countless times.
What's with the border?
The lines are choppy and poorly tapered.
And the glowing effect pulls away from the pet itself, it's quite distracting.
The random emo-faces do not seem to show any relation to the pet itself, they're unecessary, distracting, and just plain ugly.
That dragon in the corner looks very little like the pet itself, and even when used in a stylized manner, the anatomy is clearly off. Again, it is distracting.
The flower in the corner is completely random, poorly drawn, and once again, distracting.
Organization is poor.
Everything is squished into one tiny little corner.
She left all this white space, so why not use it?! I mean really now!
The handwriting is messy, in a sense that it just doesn't fit in with anything.
It's just, there.
Wording fonts are supposed to follow a general theme in a cert, or any graphic, and I'm just not seeing that here.
I'm not seeing /ANY/ of that here.
I may not be an expert, but I know when I see poor, lazy work.

The only thing I like about the cert, would have to be the pet itself.
She doesn't sound like the kind of person I'd want to be associated with.
Criticism is everywhere, she should get used to it.
Constructive criticism, such as yours, is meant to be learned from. Some may seem harsh, but that criticism is what will /REALLY/ make the difference.
If she expects some a**-grabbing, then please, there are few places in life meant for her.

Hehe thanks Silver, you really make me smile. Its nice to have someone who agrees with me. And I agree with you all the way. Thats exactly what I'm saying, her certs are just horrible, she did have a nice one before, its just the info box then the pet next to it, but now then she added that terrible border and all that space. Its just fugly! This is what it looks like now, she actually took my advice to change it(she didn’t admit though) Here and its no better rolleyes I mean come on, what is that!? Theres no colour theme, its just a clash of colours! She didn’t even ask me for my opinion she just did it, as if she expect everyone to bow down to her and tell its beautiful work just because she works sooo hard on them. You should see the front page its even more fugly. I offered to help but she refuse. You know I do graphics design class, so I know everything about layout, flow, colour theme and stuff like that, but she didn’t care! *sigh* I really feel like quitting, but just love the pets. They are really pretty, I dont want to leave, not just yet. I'll see how it goes. She also tends to ignore me alot, she only answers to the answers that she asked me and completely ignores mine. sad

Unfortunately, I saw the front page as well. :/
It's so... boring, and messy at that.
The waterfall side border is distracting, and doesn't fit in with the style of the pets themselves.
The watercolor work clashes, and rarely looks good when not in a /complete/ image. Watercolor objects floating in mid-space just don't look nice... at all.
The background on the new cert is... random.
Again, the watercolor job looks half-assed, and doesn't fit in with the rest of the style.
I see she tried perspective, and failed. Perspective is a terribly hard thing to master, everything has to be near perfect or it just won't look right.

Personally, I would have bailed out by now. By her means, you're just there to make /her/ look good.
Co-ownerships are supposed to have complete cooperation, you rely on each other to make the best decisions.
From what you've said, I'm just not seeing that here, not from her side at least. :/
She obviously just wants to be complete dictator of that shop, so let her.
And when you do, if you leave, you can watch it all crumble.

I know! Tell me about it. I offered to have a go at the front page; I was planning it in my head as I was typing that. You know the side borders will have glimpse of the actual pet, the horizontal borders would be a nice bold pattern with the pets head or body near it. You know? But noo, she said she'll handle it. So I was like okay, I was a little excited about the change. (Oh if you think its horrible now you should see what it looked like before gonk ) Anyway as you can see it looks like a child did it, even a child have more sense then that. Also look, this is one of the pets I coloured in and LOOK! if you look at the bottom left hand corner it says Colourist: ...WHAT! HER! But I did it! before when she released that whitespace border cert she put my name there, I was quite happy actually to be a part of something. But when she changed it she didnt put my name there! It was either she did it on purpose cause was angry at me for "criticizing" her first cert or she was just plain lazy and poor poor organizationship. Oh also she said that she'll handle all the certing and stuff, I just have to send the pets over once I finish colouring. I was like what? wouldnt that make things a little but more complicated? Yeah I know, that’s for you concern for me *hugs* That’s what I thought Co-ownerships was. I bet its just because she draw it and own the shop makes her think that everything she says, goes, it doesn’t matter what I think. I might as well just be a colourist and not a Co-owner. Yeah I’ll just let the baby have its rattle. I’ll see how it goes. ^^ -------- Ohhhh if you do start a shop can I help? I'm getting better at colouring and my inking is not too bad. I could help with a story, but I dont think I be alot of help. lol Dont worry I'm going onto Horizons again, I'll grab a batch of screenshots for you and Clestine. I wonder where she ran off to? Yeah but she'll probably yell at me for pushing her too hard. Well maybe if she gave me the cert so I could do it myself I wouldn’t have this problem. *sigh* No thats okay, no need to report. I just got back on her good side, at lease I think I have. Well actually she did draw them, I admit her art are pretty good, especially her way cel-shading. But she's just so dam proud and thinks she's always right also her lack of design sense. Heres the male teen version of the pet I coloured, I think its cute. Nah, thats alright. As I mention before, as much as I hate her stubbornness, I love the pets and also I get paid. But If I get into another fight again I'll quit, I'll assure you that. --- Awesome ^^ I love coming up with colours and designs, its so fun. --- Screenshot time!Horizons Here is me standing next to another Ancient (sorry I'm obsessed with comparing myself to them. lol) As you can see the size its not that bad. maybe he's just a small dragon to begin with. When you create your dragon you can choose the size, not great differences but you can tell. Or maybe its just because I'm standing a little ahead of him. lol HereHeres a funny one, I was comparing myself to another ancient and I was about to snap the shot, then suddenly my friend Ranq, his head pop out of nowhere filling up the screen and scaring the sh*t out of me. lol Like literally his head filled up my monitor, you can see all my boxes there. Its just the camera angle and luck. Hehe, I showed it to him and he just laughed. HereSee that blue Ancient behind him? I should be to his left parcially behind Ranq's eye. lol Here I am flying around the Blighted lands. I hate that place, its very dark and sinister and filled with high level monsters. But its just fun flying around a dangerous place. heh This is Reklar a very high level zombie dragon, and he is HUGE! He makes a Ancient look like a hatchling. Sorry if the shot is a little off. I didnt want go to close to him. I was level 54 at the time and he's like 150, so yeah he could kill me with one hit. HereLast one. I was versing a werewolf and I was unleashing my breath of fire upon him. But I think there was a lag, so when I open my mouth to breath fire nothing came out, I manage to grab a shot. lol its really funny cause it looks like I'm yelling at him "GET OFF MY MOUNTAIN!" lol hereHeres the fire coming out a little afterwards. Here It looks like I missed but I got him. Hope you enjoyed that. ^^ Your thoughts and suggestion are are great, Silver They really help me feel better ^^

But if you do start to feel uncomfortable in that position again, then things will most likely just keep going downhill. Stubborn people never let things go, they hide it, but they hold a grudge. :/

Yeah I know, But it doesnt matter. I am getting paid, not only that I get paid 100% even though I'm only colouring not even doing shading and what not. Usualy colourist get 60-70% so I'm not complaining.

You know what. I'm going to get a closer shot. It dosent matter if I die. I get revived again with out loosing anything. All I get is a death point, just as long as I dont get too many.
Hehe yeah, that one is fun to look at. I tried grabbing a shot of my ultra cool special Lightning breath attack. But its really hard to get a good shot. Its constantly flashing and not only that I can only use the ability every 10 mins. So if I stuff up the shot I have to wait.
Its not fun waiting around, I lose interst after a while. heh
So, anything intersting happning, Silver?

My first time was when I was 3, I was staying at my dad's friend's cabin in Vermont.
We were going to go hiking, and he had warned us of an underground beehind that was, "WAAAAYYYY down that way."
It was directly to the right of the front steps up the slope.
A bunch of yellow jackets came out and swarmed me.
I was so angry I crushed all of the little bastards before crying to my parents. D:<
