"Taking a moment to rest is all. I haven't many people to call," His hands came up to make quotes, "Friends," and they retreated back to beneath the blue glow."so I merely train, sleep, eat, and come here to rest from time to time. Care to wonder how I came to be, here, in our humble Storm Village?"

He was bored, as if the look on his face didn't give it away already. The boy reached back into his mind's eye to retrive another 'Book' from his 'library'. Simply titled, Before. Another, next to it, was titled After. Before was filled, every page seemed to corospond with a day at home before he came here to the Storm Village.

Whilst After was filled a mere half-way. Both were very thick, but After had many more pages to fill before it was over. The boy blinked a couple times, and actualy smiled. He hadn't spoken to anyone other then the Kage for a while, which was rare in the first place.

Kimazui seemed to chuckle lightly as she slowly brought her thin pipe back up to her lips, “Friends eh? Well…if it makes you feel any better, I don’t really know anyone really well here either.” Squatting down she rested both of her arms on top of her thighs, a small smile tracing her lips as she looked down at Kon.

“Suuure, why not, I have nothing better to do, I guess I could take the time to listen to your story.” She replied with a small shrug of her shoulders, the end of her pipe held securely between her teeth as she absent mindedly chewed on the end, the sweet fragrance of the burning smoke billowing through the air.

"Hmm. Well, I forget how long ago it was. But I was young, and during an average day I was out with my... Freinds... And we were busy with our usual chores, planting seeds and picking vegetables. My Mother and Father were at home, most likely resting or cooking dinner. We stopped when we heard a scream, and dropped our items to run to the village..." He looked at her contently, wondering if she realy cared. He nodded, then contuined as he ran a wet hand through his hair.

"Mother and Father were safe, at the moment. After checking my home, I had left to find out the status of freinds and their families. One of my freinds had died in a mere second as an arrow flew past me, and into his heart. I ducked for cover, so did the others. I was surprised that nothing happened to me at all..." He paused. Remembering it briefly. He looked up, and looked at Kimazui.

"He too, died. A shinobi had come through, taking one of my other friends hostage. It was a Volcano Shinobi, by the headband. I assume that the other half of my group had fled to the northern half of the village, closer to the Storm Village. All in all, my half of the group died whilst strange enough the other had lost only three." He had used his hands, counting up the deaths he had seen. The death of his friends.

"They said the Storm Village had raided our humble village, to take the unclaimed Area. with the Volcano Village to our south-west, and teh Storm village to our North-east, we were right in the middle. Thus, we were prone to an attack by then..." He was almost finished, and closed his eyes.

"We split then, taking our own paths for revenge. I merely wish to avenge the deaths of my parents, and family. But lately, I believe My heart is to soft for this world." He took a deep breath in, and put his head into teh water to wet it again.

"My, this water never ceases to amaze me."

((Do not mind Leina...She's just in there for a dip and then out xD))

Leina quietly entered the Grotto knowing very well there were two other people in there besides her. She silently went to a different side where she wouldnt bump into any of the other two in the area. Sighing as she stood in front of one of the many pools in the Grotto, she jumped after taking her own coat off. Rubbing her arms she sighed and dipped in her head feeling a bit fresher and better yet not the same. She quickly got out grabbed her coat and headed towards the village. She needed to talk with someone she trusted right now.

Kimazui seemed to listen to Kon carefully as he talked, either showing her interest by taking long drags on her pipe or giving him the occasional nod and saying, ‘oh’. She didn’t mean to come off as a mean person; she just didn’t really know what to say to such a touching matter. She didn’t want to dish in a sarcastic comment and have the boy practically running off in tears so; instead, she just remained quiet showing that she was indeed listening to his story.

“Damn, you’ve had it pretty tough.” Patting her knees Kimazui lifted herself up, her neck soon falling to both sides as she attempted to crack it.

“Well…seems I’ve eaten as much depression as I could today, so…lets go eat some real food instead, I’ll pay.” She said with a grin as she patted a small brown pouch dangling off a tight woven string from her hip.

“Maybe we’ll meet some people on the way, hell, it’s been pretty boring wandering by myself.” Turning around on her heel she waved for Kon to follow her.

“C’mon kid, lets get going.”

"Yeah, but life goes on... You know?" He got up, his clothes were just like before he had dipped himself in. They dried out quickly as he used his chakra to extract it from them. A slow process, but as he followed behind Kimazui-Senpai, his clothes began to dry out.

His hair, however, hung low and clung to his face slightly. He shook his head wildly, to dry it out slightly. That too, worked, but it still lay there infront of his face. Brushing it to the side, he put his hand's into his pockets as he enjoyed the smell coming from Kimazui-Senpai's pipe...

Rei placed his hand on the boulder that blocked the Grotto from all but the village's subordinates. His forearms were smeared with dust-coated blood from taking all of his aggression and hurt out on some rocks at the Plateau. He was surprised his knuckles or fingers, or even both, weren't broken. Not that he was complaining, it just meant a little less time to spend doing this sort of stuff in place of taking missions until he was better.

"Pup, you think there's more reason for you acting like this other than just losing a 'friend' to a mistake?" Rei sighed and shook his head, resting the sword against the wall again and just dropping into the water like he had when he visited last. He wasn't exhausted like last time, just not willing todo much about it. "I don't know anymore. I don't care now." He mumbled, sitting down against one rock as he sighed.

"I can't stop thinking about her now but I thought it was just because she was nice and came to help me and that I had to remember to get her something for helping me..." Leina's expression came into full view when he started thinking about her again. He'd hurt her saying that, he could see now that she was in so much pain because of what he said.

"I think you know full well, pup. You just don't want to admit it now. Did you really not have these feelings for her or were you just pushing them away because you thought it would never happen? There are two things you can do now, forget all about taking the b***h for your own and let this pain fuel your ambition to greater power or go back. You get what it's all about now, I think you could convince her if you really wanted to have her." The Bijuu explained, seeming to sneer a bit when commenting about forgetting Leina and resigning himself to near emotionless fighting to try and basically compensate for that pain.

"Then, maybe I can be more valuable to Nayami-sama. I failed Leina-san, I should at least do something with it to still grow." He mused, looking at his hands as the cut up flesh began to slowly close. "I hurt her, Raijuu-sama, I can't expect her to let me make things better because I can't. It was probably just some stupid kid's crush anyway."

"You got her those shuko, think about it. You recognized them as wolf claws and you thought of her. You made sure that nothing was wrong that could upset her with how they came to be on the gloves instead of the wolf. Sounds like more than what some stupid kid would do for a little crush." Rei looked up, breathing slowly.

"I guess...but I don't deserve her anyway, Raijuu-sama, I already hurt her once, what's going to stop me from doing it again?" He sighed, closing his eyes. For the first time since he was little, he started to cry. It wasn't anything more than tears flowing from his eyes, but he cried nonetheless. His father had always told him crying was weak, so he'd made himself stop. Now, he felt nearly worthless, so what was wrong with crying, he had no emotional strength to force the pain from his heart and focus it into power.

"So...you made your choice, now what, runt?" Rei took a breath and opened his eyes. "Heal me, Raijuu-sama...I can't wait for the effects to wear off themselves. I need to get back to serving Nayami-sama now. It's all I can do." He remarked.

Shikk's hand rubbed absently at her shoulder, the blood smearing across the bandages, but not seeming to stain them. Once she got cleaned up and healed, she could talk to Nayami finally. Violet orbs looked ahead as she came to the grotto, and her ears perked when she heard sounds inside. Someone was talking...to themselves? Maybe, then again maybe she just couldn't hear the other voice. But as she walked closer she became more and more sure that there was just the one other person in the grotto. Damn. She'd hoped it would be empty when she got here.

"I could wait..." The shinobi looked at her bloodied shoulder, and deciding that it wouldn't hurt to wait, she walked to a rock and sat down on it. Her legs crossed infront of her and Shikk folded her arms over her chest. "Only for a little while though...then I'm going in."

A grin spread across her face and she made herself comfortable on the rock and waited.

Rei finally climbed out after Raijuu completed the regeneration that he needed to be fully able again. He picked up the stone blade and simply balanced it on his shoulder in one motion. The boulder moved aside slowly once he rested his hand on it. The boy didn't even glance at the woman waiting, but Raijuu could smell she was injured, which wasn't good for a shinobi at all despite ways they could be helped. Now he was going to go back home, Raijuu made him promise to wait for a while before doing anything simply for the sake of an absolute recovery. After that, he'd go to Nayami and start taking missions again.

Kimazui walked along side Korosu for awhile, pointing out a few different sceneries as well as informing him with different comments to keep him from dying of boredom. If its one thing she hated the most, it was when she herself bored other people. She decided to stay close to him while they walked; Kimazui had been alone since she had left her village so even the nice perk of a little company was reassuring. Stopping near the entrance of the grotto she took a small peak into the dark tunnel, trying to see if she could hear any voices echoing within the cavern.

“Hmm sounds clear to me.” She said softly to herself with a gentle sigh, her arm lifted up slightly as she reached up to remove the pipe from her lips.

“Lets go inside, I haven’t been in this place before, seems kinda nice if you ask me.”
Flashing him a small smile she began to walk inside, tiny water droplet’s soon falling down onto her exposed shoulders as she ventured deeper within the damp cave.

Korosu silently followed her, still pondering her purpose, especially now that they where going into a dark cavern it sort of screamed "death trap" for some reason. However he doubted she would be able to best him so easily so he still followed her without question awaited her purpose. He fought with his normal instinct which was to kill her before she had a chance to even try to spring a trap if there was one waiting ahead. He was more curious to know what her purpose for bringing him to such a secluded area truly was, and he would not harm her until the purpose was found.

She is indeed leading me to a dark place, that much is for sure, the more she leads the more I believe this to be a trap...But why?

He watched her back, he was behind her in a vantage point not allowing her to be behind him, since after all she was the one whom was leading the way. He had no idea where they where going but obviously she did, however she said she had yet to actually see the area they where in now, which worried Korosu. If she truly did not know the area they may get lost and he had not the time to spend on finding his way out of a large cavern as this. But still he followed her out of pure curiosity, not many times that someone sought him out and wanted to speak with him alone or otherwise.

To be honest Kimazui really didn’t know where she was going, she stopped every now and then to try and find the right tunnel down the dark cavern. “Err…I think it down here.” She muttered softly as she once again brought the pipe back to her lips, inhaling the sweet smoke before passing it through the air. “I apologize if I get you lost…I’m still trying to find my way through this village as well.” A light blush streaked her cheeks before she shook her head to try and free her feelings of embarrassment.

It was a little while longer before they actually found their way into the grotto area, the bright blue pools soon catching her gaze as she leapt up onto one of the towering rocks. Swinging her legs over the edge she dangled them over one of the pools as she patted the rock beside her, “Here, come sit with me.”

Kimazui flashed him a small smile as she kept her pipe held in between her teeth. “Oh…by the way, you know that necklace I gave you…it doesn’t…mean anything to you right? I mean like…doesn’t spark up any old memories or what not…” Her soft voice gently trailed off as she dropped her head to glance down at the pool below her.

Korosu watched her intently as she finally seemed to find what she was looking for and dipped her feet into those brilliant blue pools of water. He wondered what exactly this place was for, he heard stories of a sacred healing place of the Storm shinobi while he was locked up. The guards spoke of it very often, however he wasn't to much into it when they talked about it and the young ones usually talked about what they did with their girlfriends in it. These things did not phase Korosu in the slightist, however it did make him wonder about what this place really is.

So this is what she wanted then...

He looked at her confused though, he wasn't sure what she was trying to get at, he wasn't sure about the jade necklace at all really but perhaps it swas something of meaning. He would likely never know that but he wanted to know if he would ever understand this since she simply made the riddle larger. She was messing around with his head, or at least he felt like she was messing around with his head since she never told the whole truth.

Kimazui gently lifted her head to see Korosu’s reaction; he wore a rather puzzled expression along his face, one that soon caused her to smile weakly. “Oh no its fine I was just curious that’s all…” Bringing up her legs she swathed her arms around them, her chin gracing the soft fabric as she rested her head upon her knees.

“It’s just…you see, I had a brother who was exactly like you.” Kimazui lifted her emerald eyes slowly as they fell upon Korosu. “Because of our bloodline…in the odd occasion we can lose one of our senses, and he lost his ability to speak.” She shifted a bit uncomfortably after mentioning that, her gaze falling from Korosu’s as she stared back down into one of the vibrant pools. “He used to be so happy but…when he lost that he hated everyone and everything. He felt as though people only pitied him, and never actually loved him.”

Taking a long drag on her pipe she tried to calm her nerves before she continued, the sweet fragrance of the smoke billowing around her. “I never pitied him, but he would never believe me. I used to take away my voice to try and make him feel better or write him notes…he just didn’t care.” Kimazui closed her eyes briefly as she thought of the old memory of her brother, “But long story short, he ended up killing himself and I left my village because I felt it was my fault that I could never make him happy.”

Opening her eyes slowly she blew out another small puff of smoke through her lips, it was hard taking about her old life and to be honest she hadn’t really told anyone, she didn’t think people would care or be interested, a thought that soon caused her to sit up straight. “I apologize, I know it probably does mean anything to you, but I just…I heard so much about you, I spent such a long time trying to locate where you were.”

A light blush once again streaked her cheeks, one of her hands soon rising as she rubbed the back of her neck in embarrassment. “I wasn’t a stalker or anything…I just really wanted to meet you, I…” Kimazui trailed off lightly another sudden through sped through her mind.

“Oh jeez, I hope you don’t think the only reason I wanted to meet you was because you reminded me of my brother…no it’s really not that.” Waving both of her hands in front of her she tried to discard that idea, because truthfully that wasn’t it at all. “I, well, I just wanted to meet you, you sounded so amazing to me.”

Another darker blush ran across her face as she quickly looked away. “Ack. I’m sorry I’m just babbling now…don’t pay attention to it.”

Korosu watched her in silence as she spoke of her brother and the ill tidings from her past, so now he found out her intentions from her. He reminded her of the brother she had lost and of course his reputation as a killer must have sparked her interests as well, however se kept blushing. This meant she was obviously hiding one last reason for wishing to seek him out, one that likely he would understand in due time. However an unlucky fate would await him, should he learn to love her he would raise above his fate, but if he continued on his path he would be remembered for eternity but the price would be death. He would learn this fate soon enough but now was not the time, now he could go along brooding what he would.

She is pretty when she bluhes, she cannot fathom however my true intent obviously which of course is a good thing, for her anyways...

So he sat in silence next to her, his hazel eyes gleamed in the blue light that the pools before them radiated, he wondered about this place, an now he was here to see it. Obviously he would find himself much attracted to its beauty, and its silence he adored the silence of this palce, since it was so sacred obviously talking was to be kept to a minimum. He however did not mind at the moment that the woman was speaking to him, he wanted to know more about her and her intentions toward him. Perhaps there would be something to gain from knowing her and her knowing just a little bit about him as well. However he would never be able to put her before his mission, his whole reason for existance now, he could never allow anything to get in his way.

I doubt anyone could ever possibly understand what drives me now, no one will ever know either...
